Champ idea 10/10 discussion

OK so i'm thinking of a champion idea right now and it seems iffy but with everyone's help it could happen and riot would cream themselves haha. I'm thinking of a mid champion; AD at 7/10, Def at 3/10, AP at 7/10, and difficulty at 9/10. Seems odd but what if he/she or both's abilities are based off of both AD and AP but with a passive that can switch its abilities affects. (EX. the Q can be based off a melee hit but when it changes to AP it can be a distant hit.) I don't know how to make the switch happen and i have no idea what all the abilities could be AND i have no idea how to use its abilities into a sweet combo so that's why i want you all as a community to help me and RIOT make a new revolutionary character to the fam. XoXo

OK for its passive this champ could stack 5 times on its AD or AP ability usage for more damage, then its Q can be the was to switch this is what i have so far!!
