[Champion Concept] Angstrom - The Wrath of Bilgewater
This is a follow-up pirate Champion, the leader of the pirate crew, that has been announced/leaked by ARRR - A new pirate crew arrives at the fields of justice?

"Angstrom Darkwater was even as a baby strong like ten men and over the course of his life he did fascinate and impress people around him. He grew up to a formidable man when he left the haven of Bilgewater to explore the world and find treasures beyond imagination.
The pirate ship on he was hired was the Dead Pool, on which he made friends with Vincent, the son of the captain. Even though they were young, both were strong and not afraid of death.
When the captain of the Dead Pool died, Vincent became the Shadow and the new captain of the Dead Pool. Naive and stubborn, Angstrom left the Dead Pool because Vincent made someone other his right hand.
Angstrom Darkwater hired new people and became the captain of the Dark Millenia, who ruled the sea in the southern places while the Dead Pool became fierce and ruthless by plundering the northern places. From time to time, both went in a struggle with each other - Sometimes fighting for days, dueling and attempting to take each one's life, but they never managed. Some say they intentionally didn't wanted to kill each other and others say that they were fighting until both were tired and unable to move. Fighting an endless war, Angstrom retired from being a captain and the Dark Millenia for the first time has been sealed away in a secret place.
However, the day when Vincent the Shadow died, was also the day Angstrom cried for the first time in his life. His son, Gangplank took over the Deadpool to follow his father's footstep, but unfortunately Gangplank wanted to unite Bilgewater to become a strong and reliable society, nonetheless of all pirates who would become bound by this decision.
Angstrom Darkwater came back as the Captain of the Dark Millenia and searched for trustworthy, loyal and strong people, to fight back once again the Deadpool. In an attempt to keep Bilgewater free from the rest of the world, Angstrom does want that all pirates and the residents of Bilgewater become free.
Valoran faces the pirate crew of the Dark Millenia who fight for the freedom of all pirates and Bilgewater: Kate & Kane, William Deadbeard, Turisas, Andrasta and Captain Angstrom Darkwater."
###Appearance
Angstrom Darkwater is a very great and strong man. Though he's pretty old, he is still capable to fight like a monster.
His weapon is a "Qiang" (Spear).

###Champion Explanation
- Angstrom Darkwater is inspired by the character Angstrom Darkwater from the Ratchet & Clank series. Though only the name was taken. Angstrom contains two words that have a meaning in german. One being "Angst" what means "Fear" and the other is "Strom" what means "Electricity" or "River".
- Angstrom's appearance is inspired by Whitebeard from the anime One Piece
- Angstrom is a fierce and strong pirate from the "old generation". Even though he fights as a pirate, he fights for the cause of every pirate. He wants to keep Bilgewater being a city and haven for pirates and not falling for the politics of the rest of the world. In the opposite fraction there is Gangplank who wants to unite Bilgewater to become a reliable society.
- Some say Gangplank could be able to hold the title of the King of the pirates, but somehow he does not want it. Albeit it is because he is ashamed that he unifies Bilgewater, though his father was against it.
- The fact is, Angstrom would've been still retired from being a pirate if Gangplank hadn't take another course as his father Vincent the Shadow.
- Angstrom carries a weapon called in our world as "Qiang". It is chinese for "Spear", but this weapon was used by many chinese pirates in the past.
- Angstrom met each of his crew members and recruited them. Some of them want to fight against the idea of a united Bilgewater and some are only fighting for Angstrom because they owe him their lives.
- Angstrom is best played as Jungler but can also be played as a tanky Support.

###Concept Explanation & Personal Opinion
Who thinks Angstrom is overpowered?
He just got a awesome passive to support his team. His kit is based on support and both dealing moderate damage as an Jungler or Support.
Angstrom's Passive applies to his allies bonus magic resistance and armor. Providing that his current health is dropped down enough to give a huge bonus, the lesser Health he has, the easier he can be shutdown. The Innate Passive is made to give lesser bonus in early and far greater bonus in late. For an example: If you are level 1 and you have 50% HP left - only 30 armor/mres is shared. So the cap is 70% current Health.
His Q can be a pain in the ass for both the enemy and Angstrom. If you want to damage your opponent, you throw it and try to hit your target - If, however, you want to engage/teleport to the opponent, you have either to hit or place it near the target to teleport. If you fail in attempt, you can't engage.
The W is pretty much a ability that can be only activated once Angstrom has been focused. He silences his opponents and keeps them from casting abilities.
Angstrom's E might be overpowered for some, but it isn't. It knocks back targets only 350 range back and it won't knock back a second or third time. It's a great disengage ability to support or initiate a fight.
R - Ultimate can save Angstrom's life. It is a high risk and high reward ability. If he activates the Ultimate but can't achieve a kill or assist, he will surely be killed. If he however manages to kill or gain an assist, he will return to life.
Over all Angstrom is strong against bursty Champions like Le Blanc, Fizz, Lucian, Ezreal. Angstrom can destroy Champions who fall for his tricks. For Example: If a enemy chooses to keep auto-attacking on Angstrom, he can send a wave of his E to deal maximum damage. Once both are low on health, Angstrom activates his Ultimate and deals the final blow and regenerates a bunch of Health. Very fearsome ability. Similiar to Mundo, but Mundo can activate his Ultimate every 50 seconds no matter if he's below 25% health or if he kills/assists.
