Moonimus, The Shadow Mage

To Riot Champion Producers,

I feel like it would be cool to have a champion called Moonimus, who is a primary mage and is Zeds "found" father. His first ability (Q) is called "Shadow Engulfment", which stuns an area for 1/2/3/5/7.5 seconds. His second ability (W) is called "Revenge" and increases all allies around him for 3/4/5/7/8.5 seconds and terrifies enemies for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds in range. His third ability (E) would be called Shadow Smash, and it smashes a shadow of his orb dealing + 25/50/100/125/150 damage each strike for 5 seconds. His ultimate (R) would do somewhat close to Shen's ultimate, but called Shadow Melt, it makes Moonimus melt into a shadow, and reappearing anywhere on the map with vision, and would be invisible for 3/5/7.5 seconds. His basic attack zaps from his orb, and deals 60 base damage. His passive is called Shadow Control, replacing mana, and starting with 300 and growing each level, every ability uses one of the Control points, and killing something adds 5 to it. It will restock immediately at revisiting the shop. Feel free to nerf, change, or buff this, and I would be very grateful that IF you release this, send one to me.
