Animated custom login screens, need your help artists!

I always check the Wednesday art thread on Reddit and love seeing awesome custom skins like:

I shake my head everyday when I see these because, although I'm getting better with my Wacom, I don't have anywhere near the skills of you character artists! But... I want to offer my motion skills to you. Lets collaborate! All I would need is the original layered art (PSD, SketchPro file, etc.) and i'll take care of the rest, with your input along the way!

You, being the artist, would still retain all rights to the image and all credit, I just want to add something to this awesome community and improve my motion skills at the same time. We all love what Riot has done with the recent login screens (Lucien, Vi, and Jinx have been my favorites) and I strongly believe having some community animated ones would be stellar!
