suggestion on League of Legends strat app

I have been thinking about this for a while, if somehow a app could be developed in which a team for instance could link up in this app that would allow for strategy/ position/news updates and what not for the rift and champs as well as allow for chat between team members would be amazing. Think about it your on the app, and you set up a possible position for your team along with different items and can highlight areas in which to attack from then you could save your work post it on the team app page and show them what you think would be the best course of action. Of course a riot chat service would be amazing to keep in touch via the app and what not but the idea itself would be fantastic, and innovative with a possible micro transaction ability for purchases instead of having to log in via pc when you see that new skin you o so desire. I have some other ideas but this one would be great.
