Braum The Bomb Skin

I think it would be a decent skin idea.

Braum would essentially be in a bomb squad suit. He would have a riot shield (pun maybe intended). His passive would be similar to defusing a bomb or cutting the wires.
His q would be punching a bomb away. W and E are the same. His ult would then be setting off IEDs and having them blow up. His recall could be such that he is running away or bracing for a bomb that is about to blow, such as the El Tigre skin he does a turnbuckle drop.
