Personally seeing the loading screen being dark and boring, i think this would add a new spin to make League a bit "brighter". It makes the loading screen look fresher and alive opposed to dull and dead where you just look at the enemy team and go "welp gg we lost real quick" but instead make you go "Man, I just love this loading screen! Lets go team!" It just changes the mood of the entire game IMO

I think Rito wants to take as little resources when loading the game, so this concept might be a little hard to make into reality
