Top lane creations

Hello league of legends and riot games. I have a very concerning question. I myself play the top lane on summoners rift quite often. Top lane is my favorite role to play, and this is why i'm bringing up my concern. I am seriously getting impatient with your rotation of creating new champions. Seriously, why on earth are there no new top lane champions since Gnar??? and no, tahm kench is a support. not top lane, and you know it. Gnar was released in August of 2014. meaning its been 13 MONTHS!!! and then you make another jungle champion (kindred). I mean if you aren't going to make a Top lane champion, please, PLEASE have some kind of explanation or notifications that explain why. I originally thought you guys went in rotation of creating new champs. ex. adc, mid, jng, supp, top, adc, mid, jng, supp, top ect. Why is there no attention in top lane with new champions. Also don't give me an answer like, * well we did a lot of item and champion rework for the top lane*. I know that, however it gets boring when no new champs really come up. I've waited excitely for a champion in top lane that I would like to make a main champion I might play considering I only have 2 that I play more than others for 13 months. May I please have an explanation? I understand that there isn't a explanation unless you are certain that what you say is true, but you can still say something like We don't think top needs new champions at the moment, since there is a large selection to choose from. even that would work. You don't have to give me a satisfying explanation, but any would be very greatly appreciated. I mean come on again, 13 months. it gets very upsetting when every 1-3 months im waiting for a new champion thinking (this time there will be a new top lane champion, considering the very long wait we the top laners have been waiting), but no, now its a jungle (kindred). By doing things like this, it makes me feel as a fellow summoner, ignored and not valued. I get the impression that you all have favorite roles and the first idea that comes to a cool new champ in whatever roles you all like most would suffice for your creativity in making a new champion, and that top has just been coincidentally not apart of that creativity or favorite role to play circle. I know riot is often changing the game to balance it as much as possible, and I hope this helps. Thank you for taking the time to read this, i really appreciate it.
