Playing League without internet would be nice!

it would be cool if we could play league without internet but we would only be able to go against bots which would get kinda boring but we could at least practice and test out builds. some people play league but don't have internet and have to go somewhere far away to play. GO GNAR!!!! RAWR

At least RIOT should give us a sandbox mode. This game is all about builds and experiments, maybe something else besides bots we can test these things.
