It seems so strange that, with such a perfect matchup between Blitzcrank and Gipsy Danger, you guys at Riot couldn't get into contact with some of the awesome nerds people who worked on Pacific Rim to make a Blitzy Danger skin.

They need to create a champ called Gypsy Danger and his ulti should be a sword that cuts the target in half for an insta-kill.

But his Q (photon guns) should do about 15 damage at level 18
