I know this is a bit early, with the snowdown and what not, but I have an amazing idea. Around, this 4th of july when all of the America skins, go on sale (statue of karth, uncle ryze, etc.)they release a new skin for Quinn called "PATRIOT QUINN". Valor is a bald eagle,and Quinn shoots fireworks, and shes wearing red white and blue. RIOT PLZ. PEOPLE WILL WANT THIS.
