Thoughts for skills:
Q: (I'm bad at names so I shall forgo them) Auto-attack against the affected enemy store charges. These charges accumulate until this spell is cast again (within 4 seconds) On the second cast, the charges are consumed to damage the champion for [Number of Charges] x [low base damage] x [low AP ratio] (Dont want to do a ton of damage, but could be used to finish off a kill if someone flashed away) and slow the enemy by 10 + [5 x Number of stacks]% for [.25 x Number of stacks] seconds. Stacks expire and are unconsumed if this isnt cast again within the 4 seconds.
Essentially this encourages you to harass the enemy and then after sufficient harassment you get free damage and the slow (great for ganks and following up after a flash, but bad initiation since it does nothing without the autoattacks. Also, it is a race against time for the highest return. If you wait too long, you might lose it all, but if you cast too early, you lose potential.
W: (Again, someone else must do the names) Lo'ol uses his acute vision to see into the fog of war (skill shot) If an enemy is spotted, he can cast this a second time to lock on to them. He grants vision of that enemy and amplifies incoming damage to them for the duration of the spell, but is rooted in place. Lasts for up to 4 seconds or until he moves.
The point of this would be to help prevent ganks, prevent people from escaping your ADCs autoattacks through bushes, and help with long range skill shots. The amplified damage would really help close out fights or win inlane trades, but the cost of being immobile means you are unable to otherwise support (you would also be out of position to follow up if the enemy is running away. I imagine the range being able to reach dragon pit from the bot lane towers.
E: (Regurgitate)Lo'ol eats a minion (much like Nunu) but grants [base amount + % of minion current health] HP to the closest ally after 2 seconds. Cannot be used against monsters (no nomming baron)
A generic sort of heal spell, however it's not instantaneous and it requires minions nearby to use. This limits it's usefulness to sieging and laning. However, as a trade off I'd make the heal substantial if on a high CD.
R: (Insert name here) Lo'ol screeches loudly and any enemy facing him (360 effect) is slowed and debuffed. Any ally that attacks an enemy with this debuff, consumes the debuff to gain increased movement speed, attack damage and life steal for 2 seconds. This effect can stack.
This grants amazing stats and kiting potential to any AD hero. If you get engaged upon, you cast this and not only is everyone facing you slowed, but your allies can use the increased speed to get out of harm's way while taking advantage of the damage and life steal. It can also be used in a dive, since most of the enemies will be targetting you if you initiate then your allies can use the debuff to clean up. It would be hard to hit though, and it opens the potential for allies to get out of position trying to get that tasty debuff.
Just my random first thoughts, not married to any of those ideas. But I love birds so I thought I'd toss something out there to see if it sticks
