DuoQ.net - League of Legends Duo Queue Teammate Finder

Why? Because playing alone sucks!

I've created a duo queue teammate finder over the past few months. It allows you to find players:

to duo queue with
who match your skill level
in real time

After a successful beta test with more than 400 players I submitted the app to Riot Games and it was promptly approved for a production API key.

Currently the app is limited to EUW & NA but you can vote for the regions that I should add next: http://strawpoll.me/4451764

This is really cool/impressive, I feel like I'm gonna use this a lot in the future <3

Also, I'd like to suggest a "report" feature; I imagine as this gets more popular there are bound to be people who get partners that flame or have a very negative attitude. If the player is reported constantly maybe put a warning next to their name.

EDIT:There doesn't seem to be a way to cancel a pending chat request, doesn't seem important though

EDIT#2:Some people might want to play Ranked, and some might want to play Normals, and some might want to play different maps, there should be a way to check off the Maps and Modes you want to play

I notice a lot of my skill matches want to play the exact same role I selected, maybe have a way to limit that? If I que for Jungle it shouldn't try matching me entirely with other people who want to jungle. If I put say ADC it should list primarily Supports, and vice versa.

Also it is trying to match me with Diamond players on this account which is Bronze 2, I know my mmr is higher than my rank but doesnt change the fact I can't que with them :P

Testing the app today. Added one person so far. Chatting with another. I'm interested to see how the "skill" of each player is calculated.

Congratulations!! Great site!!

I guess you can check after a match if someone actually played with the people you suggested. In that case, ask for if they want to give them a +1, and I'd show the +1s/(total matches) percentage in the result. No -1 in order not to bring negativity to the system, there is just no need

It would be helpful if players who declined invites are removed from the duo queue search. Possibly add a decline history to those who signed up for an account/email.

Sometimes it won't let me accept/decline people and also send a chat invite which is little frustrating it only happens once you send on invite out.

Haven't tried it yet, just commenting to make sure it only matches you with division you can actually play with, if you're playing ranked. A bronze player can't play with a platinum player (unless I'm remembering incorrectly) so they shouldn't show up.

One concern I've noticed. I think the chat function needs a popup or sound notification when someone accepts or responses in chat.

When you leave a chat, it refreshes/clears the invites list on the right.

When the player is sent an invite to chat, do they have any clue that I am looking for a duo partner or are they merely accepting the invite of a stranger if/when they are online?
