[Champion Concept] Demarcus, The Afflicted (Mixed Damage Champion)

I noticed that in the League there are very few champions with mixed damage, so I thought up this guy one day. Give me some feedback on what you think and what I can revise. Its a quick write up so there really isn't a backstory or lore to him yet, mostly just his abilities and what would make him unique to the league.

Demarcus, The Afflicted

Weapons: Dual Daggers, Melee

[Passive] Careful Steps: Demarcus ignores unit collision, and gains 2(xlevel) resistances based on the damage type of the last spell he was hit by.

[Q] Strike Onward: (skill shot) Demarcus empowers his daggers and dashes (skillshot dash) at the enemy, causing his next basic attack to rend the enemy dealing 70/115/160/205/250(+60% ap) damage. Damage type of spell based on passive resistances. If damage type is AD, causes a bleed effect dealing 3% of targets maximum health every second for 2 seconds. If damage type is AP, target enemy is silenced for .5/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds.

[W] Unto You: Demarcus gains protections for .25/.5/.75/1.5/2 seconds, when hit by a spell, Demarcus takes 50% (possible scaling, undecided) less damage, (damage taken cannot be fatal, but will leave Demarcus with 1 health), and release a wave of energies. If passive resistances are currently AD, surrounding enemies hit by shockwave are stunned for .5/1/1.25/1.50/1.75 seconds, if resistances are AP surrounding enemies are feared for .5/1/1.25/1.50/1.75 seconds Cooldown: 13/10/9/8/7

[E] Redact: Toggleable Passive: When activated, auto attacks consume 3% of maximum mana, if resistances are currently AD, mana consumed is added to base AD damage, if resistances are currently AP, mana consumed is damage dealt to the enemies mana.

[R] Shed Fear: Demarcus and target enemy become immune to all damage and abilities that are not from each other. All damage dealt by each champion while under this effect (Demarcus and Targeted Champion) deal true damage with all abilities and auto attacks. Demarcus heals 15% of all damage dealt while this ability is active.
