Overview:

Gender: Male Age: 10 Race: Human Origin: Noxus Class: Mage Subclass: Support Weapon: Telekinesis Attack Type: Range Ability Source: Energy Meter

Lore:

"Please just leave me alone or... ILL DESTROY EVERYTHING!!!"

Ten years ago, an infant child was reported missing from the Noxus medical center. Dr. Mundo was at it again with yet another kidnapping to use for his experiments! He was referred to as Number Seven, the only title he has ever known; Seven was Dr. Mundo's seventh attempt at creating an aggressive telekinetic weapon. All of Dr. Mundo's previous attempts to create such a being had failed and had subsequently been scrapped. Seven had spent all 10 years of his life in one of the Dr. Mundo's hidden labs chained to the wall of an operating room. Seven had shown the most promise of all his attempts at creating such a being, however, he was too fearful and timid from continuous experimentation and testing, that he just wanted to be left alone. Unsatisfied with Seven's repeatedly underwhelming test results and passive behavior, Dr. Mundo declared Seven a failed experiment and proceeded to dispose of him. Feeling threatened by Dr. Mundo, Seven tried to persuade Dr. Mundo to change his mind about killing him, but the Doctor has already deemed him a failure. Seven struggled to stay alive and by doing so, Seven managed to tap into the full extent of his kinetic gift, plunging him into a sinister blood-thirsty state. Through the years of operations, Dr. Mundo had inadvertently manifested a split personality within Seven, causing him to be in a passive telekinetic state until he used too much of his kinetic power and transformed himself into a more powerful and aggressive pyrokinetic form. This newly discovered force allowed Seven to break out of his chains, escape from the Doctor's hidden laboratory, and leveling it in the process. Since then, Seven has survived by wondering the streets of Noxus in hopes to evade Dr. Mundo and his endless experiments. For months, Seven lived like this, until he eventually found his way to the League of Legends.

Abilities:

Seven's passive is splitting headache. Every attack and cast when in his telekinetic form will fill his energy bar. Once the bar is maxed he will naturally transform into his more powerful pyrokinesis state, altering his casts, slightly increasing movement speed and boosting his AP. Each attack or cast in this form with drain the energy meter until it hits zero thus reverting him back into his normal telekinetic state.

Q. Push. In telekinesis form, Seven pushes champions, minions monsters and pets in a targeted area away from him.

When in Pyrokinesis form Seven has access to Pull which pulls enemy champions, minions, monsters, monsters and pets toward him. Deals Bonus AP damage.

W. Force. enemies inside of the targeted area have their movement speed reduced for a short duration.

When in Pyrokinesis form press deals bonus AP damage and burns victims.

E. Confusion. Causes enemy to unit to attack their teammates for a short time, prioritizing champions.

In Pyrokinesis form has same effect but deals bonus AP damage to enemy unit and the unit they attack.

R. Tantrum. Seven causes all enemies in a radial area to be pulled the center of the area at once. The more enemy units in the area the more damage is done.

If Seven is in Pyrokinesis form, attack does bonus AP damage based on the amount of energy he has and burns units on top of the standard attack.

Using Tantrum uses all of Sevens energy bar and reverts him back to his Telekinesis state, however he will only get the energy bar damage bonus if in Pyrokinesis form.

I love the story. I think the q can be interesting. But the ult is the same thing as the q, except the ult is radial and deals more damage. Id rather give him a different ult rather than a more effective q, or change his q to something else. W can be interesting as a mid laner, effective as a support.

And your e, i find non effective as a midlaner, making him into a support only, or extremely reliant as midlaner on ganks. Because he has no sustained damage with any of his spells like Fiddlesticks And he'd have to have ridiculous burst on just his q+w to be effective.

Id rather have passive as the ult, also use shyvana style rage and. it energy because you can just wait for energy to refill without ever slowing the stronger state.

I think that this is a legit idea for a champion, everything with the abilities is awesome , the Lore is great but I think that the look of the character could be improved , Like going with his story , more of a dark child who doesnt want to be found. And maybe he is wearing a lab test subjects clothe or something of that vicinity. Like on the back of his subject clothes he has Dr. Mundo printed in bold letters . More of just his story. But overall a really legit idea for a champion . I would certainly love to see it become one.
