New Loading Screen

Grrr it wouldn't let me post my first comment. Anyway, I think that's really cool. I love that it gives the option to all chat before the game. While it could be used negatively...I think it adds a positive element to being a good sport.

we cant have it bc the chat thing happens in a adobe air environment while the loading screen happens in a game we cant have this loading screen unless riot reprogramms everything from the start and make it a 1 application work which isn't smart at all and it isn't worth it,the bugs will increase,the bugs will be harder to fix,the loading times will increase and packet lose will increase as well,so in a nutshell they cant and they wont,sry to break it to ya
