to counter Swains 
Northern front skin since the demacia noxus rivalry. They should also add a couple more northern front skins like Northern front Katarina 
or even Northern front Darius/Draven 
along with a counter skin such as Northern assault Lux/Garen.

Michicha1 votesYou know what I think makes a lot of sense? Love Bird Quinn. She has a journal(diary), she has a bird, and she has a quote with Jarvan 4th in it. Quinn could have a mad crush on PRINCE J4 (who could be like Today's American teen girl idol) and furiously write in her diary and dress valor up as a carrier pigeon/dove. She could even have a bunch of J4 posters.

I couldn't really see these having all new spell effects, a different model would absolutely suffice. Northern Front Swain doesn't have particle updates I believe, and that skin is still boss.

THE INSTITUTE2 votesWell I think that the Northern area is like some sort of cold and barren land, like North Korea, you know. So Sion's ugliness matches where he belongs. If Sion is handsome and charming like Ahri's husband, than I'm sure it can't reflect the situation of the Northern land well.

Sir ArmaMalum3 votesFirst a fire then an ice skin. Makes sense, as well as fitting with lore, good area to play with her visually. Heavy coat, amenities for Valor, strikingly different color palette (white, gray camo) from her other two skins. She's one of the earliest 1 skin and done champs. Really, I cannot think of a good reason not to have this skin made.
