I was thinking about Northern assault Quinn 
to counter Swains 
Northern front skin since the demacia noxus rivalry. They should also add a couple more northern front skins like Northern front Katarina 
or even Northern front Darius/Draven 
along with a counter skin such as Northern assault Lux/Garen. 
I like all these ideas!
I was thinking ameriquinn. Turn valor into a bald eagle and add fireworks animations for other spells. Even better if valor also gets a top hat.

I'm disappointed my penQuinn idea never caught on.
First a fire then an ice skin. Makes sense, as well as fitting with lore, good area to play with her visually. Heavy coat, amenities for Valor, strikingly different color palette (white, gray camo) from her other two skins. She's one of the earliest 1 skin and done champs. Really, I cannot think of a good reason not to have this skin made.
I was thinking a Hawk Eye kinda thing or even a DragonSlayer seeing as theres a DragonSlayer
an they both use cross bows

Add a thunderbird or bird of prey skin. For bird of prey you could have Quinn with a crossbow and an eagle resting on her wrist.
There was a post a bit back of Blood Raven Quinn~ It's so pretty and the dark/red would compliment her very niceless. Linky~
