Creating My Own Champion

Let me start off by saying that this is not the first thing that just randomly popped into some twelve year old kid's head. This is something that I have been experimenting with some of my buddies and they all seem to enjoy what I have been saying so here it is. My Champion.

Aidan, The Unstable Project

Lore:

Aidan was a small boy, growing up in Zaun. An Orphan since he could remember. In his first memory, he was alone. In his present, he is alone. Although while Aidan can be said to be a loner, not liking the experience with other people, he actually gets jealous whenever he sees someone else having a family. Growing up as an orphan was not hard for Aidan, he would steal, lie and cheat his way to the top, just for loafs of bread. Aidan only ever had one priority in life, and that was himself. One day though, on his Eighteenth birthday, he was approached by a man, he wore an over coat. as well as glasses and a fedora. At first Aidan thought that the man would be an easy pick pocket, to get some food for the night when he was low on supplies. The man actually asked him a question, "What is power?" It was something that Aidan was not expecting to say the least. Aidan did not know how to respond, but he knew that he had experienced power at some point in his life, so he answered truthfully, "Power is being strong." The man laughed at Aidan, but gave him a choice Live here as an orphan, or become what power is. Intrigued and mostly hungry, Aidan agreed to the man's proposal.

The man brought Aidan back to Piltover. Aidan had never seen such a beautiful city in his life. Minus all of the spray paint made by Jinx. The man brought Aidan down into a Laboratory, deep below Piltover. Almost 30 miles below the city, although it was messy, Aidan felt right at home in the dark and quietness of the area. Soon after arriving, Aidan was forced into a chair where he was strapped in and plugged in to a heavily designed Mainframe. By being plugged in, I mean that Aidan had electrical impulses from his body going straight into the mainframe, instead of his body. After almost one year of being hooked up from the mainframe, Aidan began to go insane. He started to hear the man's voice over and over in his mind, just asking, "What is power?" An unknowable anger started to take over Aidan's heart, His blood started to literally boil, his brain started to send out lightening jolts into the mainframe. The worst of all, was that Aidan's body began to dissolve into thin air, but when the final spec of his existence became nothing the mainframe that he was connected to exploded. Releasing all of the electricity that Aidan had put into it, up into Piltover. When the smoke had cleared, only one thing was left, A humanoid figure. When looked at, it seemed to be Aidan. It looked like him, smelled like him, and acted like him, but a few things were different. His body was completely made into a red version of its former self, but he looked digital, with pixels and other floating objects obscuring his true identity. Also, this being could talk, but every time it opened its mouth, only a sound like static would appear.

Full of rage and anger, Aidan could have leveled the city of Piltover if he was not 30 miles below. Although, Aidan now had two objectives in his new life. Get his original body back, and to find the man that had enslaved him. Then kill him.

I'm not sure if it's even possible to put 10 stacks (that can only be stacked through AA?) on an enemy champion. Maybe some of his spells should be able to apply stacks?
