New Champion "Scrazor the ravaged"

I have a new champion idea:

"Scrazor the ravaged"

About the champ: he is a midlaner / full AP champ / difficulty to play : Normal

Q: Sandblast:

Blast a narrow ray of sand and knock everybody back who will catch them. (1 AP = +0.7 Extra DMG)

W: Desert worm:

Let appear a Desert worm who will fight on your site. The place where he comes will do AOE-DMG and heal Scrazor. (1 AP = +0.5 Extra DMG | 1 AP = +0.4 Heal)

E: Raise dust:

Nearly enemys will be blinded for some time and it will do some AP-DMG. (1 AP = +0.6 Extra DMG)

R: Izu Nashor:

Mark a place who will appear "Izu Nashor" and he jump from the place you marked to Scrazor. Everybody who is on the marked place will catched from Izu and brings the enemies to him.

Passive: After cooldown of 30 sec. the next spell will do more DMG.
