Deep sea Vel Koz

Simple, but great idea nonetheless.

I like it! Probably won't see a Vel'Koz skin for quite some time, but this a nice one to add.

but.

I want pool party velkoz first. where his eye is a big beach ball and his tentacles are pool noodles. and he fires water instead of lazors.

We definitely need a Deep Sea Vel'Koz, it's already basically a theme skin for void monsters.

Probably a given for him, but good idea nonetheless. I like to think his laser would be BOILING WATAH.
