[Champion Concept] Callidous, the Darkin Conspirator

Hi guys! I am a newbie to ranked, just landed Silver IV out of luck, and somewhat of a casual league of legends player. However, there are times when my Imagination runs wild, and this guy is one of them. The lore has been reworked three times, with the first iteration having the human as the main part.

Alright, so lets get started!

Callidous, The Darkin Conspirator

Callidous is somewhat of an Anti-Carry. His passive deals more damage the more AP and AD the opponent stacks, so Veigar, eat your heart out.

[Passive] Grasp of Dominion
Every time Callidous uses a spell on an enemy champion, they get a stack of "Grasp of Callidous".

Grasp of Callidous
When this unit obtains 6 stacks of "Grasp of Callidous", the next spell cast on the unit from any source makes an aoe field that deals damage equal to 5% of the units AD + 5% of the units AP over 3 sec, and applies a weak slow.

This is the fifth version of the passive that I've considered, and I like it the most over the past iterations. As I mentioned, this makes champions who stack AD and AP very vulnerable and perhaps even volatile to their team-mates, should the get targeted.

[Q] Blood Javelin
Cost: 10% of Current Health
CD= 12s/10s/8s/6s/4s
Callidous throws a spear made from his own blood at target enemy, dealing 60 + 5%/10%/15%/20%/25%AP magic damage, restoring 20% of the damage done as health.

This is the go to damage skill for Callidous. I find that it is similar to Nidalee's spear, but it might be broken, and I'll need opinions to confirm this.

[W] Wings of Doubt
Cost: 5% of Current Health
CD= 15s/14s/13s/12s/11s
Callidous uses his wings to glide a short distance at 2% increased movement speed. While gliding, Callidous ignores unit collision and applies a stack of "Grasp of Callidous" to the first enemy champion he passes through.

I personally love champions with gap closers that double as escapes. Heck, that's why I love Aatrox as much as I do, well, besides his innate badassery.

[E] No Escape
Cost: 15% of Current Health
CD= 10s at all ranks Callidous uses the Conspirator's shackles to snare an enemy champion for 3s. During this time, Callidous can re-activate his E to fling the snared enemy behind him in close proximity, dealing 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% of the units current health as magic damage to all nearby enemies, including the target. The reactivation applies a stack of "Grasp of Callidous" as well.

Now, this is one of my favorite parts of the kit. Being able to pull a Morgana, then follow up with a Singed toss is my dream combo. The downside is if the target is Singed... well... you just goofed. Really hard. Also, they can cast spells while in the snare and while in the middle of the fling animation, so you can Zhonya's before you land.

[R] Conspirator's Grasp
Cost: 20%/15%/10% of Current HP
CD= 60s at all Ranks
Callidous suppresses target enemy champion for 2 seconds, dealing 20%AP + 10% of their Maximum Health as Magic damage. After the suppression ends, The champion will follow you and auto-attack enemies for 5 seconds. Throughout the duration, the target is able to be dealt damage by both teams. Should the target die before the duration ends, Callidous recieves 25% Spell Vamp for 5s/10s/15s. The ult can be cleansed, and should Callidous die before the duration ends, the ult ends immediately.

Nothing to really say here.

As for the lore, if the interest is here, I'll add in the little bit I have on my notebook. I would appreciate tweaks and reccomendations, as this is my first Concept. Thanks for reading guys, I spent a lot of time on this.

SPECIAL INTERACTIONS

Callidous hails from the alleys of Piltover, so he will interact with Vi, Caitlyn, Jinx, and Aatrox out of kinship.

Just a few thoughts. I like the idea of another health based champ. The ult worries me though. Generally speaking im not a huge fan of abilities that allow complete control over another champion because it breaks a huge aspect of the game that Riot really enjoys and thats counter play. You completely take away any counter play from whoever is playing that champion and im sure it would frustrate them to no end. Are there any weaknesses to this control? Besides the other players finding Callidous and killing him off while he ulting? Does he have to be right next to the other champion to ult? Can it be cleansed? Also 10 seconds is kinda long. You could easily walk the other champion into a turret and kill them off no matter how fed they are.
