Cho is his stepfather, but his real father is Duke Nukem. His abilities are as follows. Passive, Riding Dirty-Allows a ally to ride on his back, for as long as he wishes Q, Gotta Go Fast-Gives a speed boost of 100 movement speed W, Spooky Siren-Flashes red light on front, fearing all enemies who see SkuttleBoog, no matter where E, Kick Ass Chew Bubblegum-SkuttleBoog says "I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of gum", killing the enemy he targets R, Ramming Speed-Pulls all allies onto SkuttleBoog, 99% chance of running into and killing enemy Nexus, 1% chance to ram into own Nexus I think SkuttleBoog would be the champion that League needs, besides I did most of the work for you.
