I think its a bit stupid that when you make new skin for champion like in my case Headhunter Caitlyn and when i buy that skin my old skin officer caitlyn is just lost forever because i will never play with that skin anymore. so i think it would be great if you would give players chance to refund atleast 1/3 % rp of an old skins

its not the same thing phone and in game points if i refund old phone then seller lose but riot doesnt lose when they generate few points and they return only 33% rp so they are still in +
How exactly is that old skin lost forever? just change between them. i have a number of skins for various champions heck some of which i rarely even use, but when i use them i always seem to switch up the skins! especially when they have holiday based skins its since to see a Halloween skins, or Xmas, or Valentines during their respected holiday!
Just i dont understand why they should refund a skin you got knowing full well they are making skins for every single champion they have released! it just wouldnt make any sense. either get the skin because you like it, or dont!
but the problem is there are champions who dosent have special skins and when you buy best one of them because you like that champion then when new (the better looking one come out) you actually lost money to one none special one...

So what you're saying is this, when you go to Toys-R-Us and buy a new toy; then 6 months later they release model 2.0; Toys-R-Us is now obligated to give you a partial refund on the old toy? Why? You bought it, they didn't make you. I could understand this idea for lets say college text books maybe. They make buy the textbook for the class, then they get a new textbook and make you update, so they give you at least a partial refund on the other one because they made you buy it. Riot doesn't make anyone buy anything, you choose to spend the money; plus they do give you 3 refunds no questions asked. If you really feel you deserve a refund for buying a product you CHOSE to purchase, submit a ticket for a refund. I'm not trying to be mean, but why should someone else be responsible for the purchases you choose to make?
I have both Soul Reaver Draven and Primetime and I just alternate using them, as well with Void, Ravager, and Eternum Nocturne. It's not Riot's fault you use a skin just because you like how it looks, that's your own problem, so just because you stopped using it isn't their fault. You should think hard before buying a skin like, "Will I stop using it if a new skin comes out?"
I own every current skin on several champions, and often swap back and forth with them. So if you happen to not do that, then that'd be your problem. You already paid for it, used it who knows how long, why should they take it back?
Picture this, I walk into a shoe store, bought a pair of sneakers, then 4 years later bought another and now i only wanna wear the new one so i go back to the store and ask if i can refund my older sneakers.
