NEW CHAMPION SUGGESTION: Camoan, The Lance of Demacia.

Health: 450 (+93 per level) Mana: 280 (+33 per level) Attack Damage: 55.0 (+3.25 per level) Attack Speed: 0.667 (+3.5% per level) Movement Speed: 345 Health Regen: 7.25 (+0.50 per level) Mana Regen: 6.7 (+0.9 per level) Armor: 20 (+3.6 per level) Magic Resist: 26 (+1.15 per level)

Passive(Demacian Will) Upon taking damage that would drop Camoan to 30% HP, Camoan surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs 100/150/200/250/300 (+60% Armor) . If the shield is not destroyed in 10 seconds, it will explode, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+60% Armor) magic damage to surrounding enemies.

Static Cooldown: 190 seconds

Q(Lance and Shield?) Camoan spins his lance for up to 1 second dodging all incoming basic attacks and taking 2o% less damage from all sources during the duration or the spin. After 1 second or if activated again, Camoan converts 30% of the damage that would be taken into a shield that will last up to 2 seconds.

Mana Cost: 65/70/75/80/85. Cooldown: 10.5 seconds

W(Look at me Dance!) Camoan spins his lance in a cirle and deals 50/85/120/155/190(40% Attack Damage)while taunting nearby enemy champions into a reckless assault, reducing their Armor by 10/15/20/25/30 and forcing them to attack Camoan for 1/1.25/1.50/1.95/2.10 second(s). Enemies taunted by Camoan receive 15% extra damage from Camoan's abilities and basic attacks while taunted.

Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100. Cooldown: 13.5 seconds

E(Pinpoint Throw) Camoan aims his spear at a target champion dealing 70/100/135/165/205 (+140% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and ignores 15% of target current armor. If target is below 30% health, the target will bleed for 10/20/30/40/50 (+100% bonus Attack Damage). Also if target is hit by this ability and into a wall the target is stunned for .75 seconds(bleed will also occur if they are below 30% health)

Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80. Cooldown: 5.0 seconds

R(Righteous Impact) Camoan leaps into the air toward a target locations(800 units) and upon arrival smashes the ground with his lance sending out a shock wave that deals 80/120/160/200/240(20% Ability Power)(initial target is not effected by this damage) and dealing 150/200/290(+90% bonus Attack Damage) to initial target and stunning all enemy champions hit by the shock wave for .5 seconds. The champion that was targeted by this ability is stunned for 1 second.

Mana Cost:100/150/200 Cooldown. 90 seconds.

a lot of the skills seem very similiar to existing champions skills, ie the passive of blitzcrank, jax's e, rammus's e, vayne's e, and jarvan IV's ultimate, they seem very similiar to these features, but i would like to see this champion realized :)

I like the idea of a heavy lancer, and Damacia is naturally a great fit for that. So thematically I like it, would love some backstory, jokes and what-not to actually characterize him.

The base stats seem a little on the high side except for the MR/level, there is actually a precedent currently for melee fighters and tanks getting 1.25/level, not sure of that's intentional on your part or not. Usually you want to either choose high per level stats or high base stats to establish a character as a strong early game champ or one that naturally scales well into late game, this guy almost does both.

I'm a little confused on his R, it targets a location and stuns a selected champion?

The kit's numbers run into the same problem of being a little high, that's actually quite a normal thing to do on your first champ concept, at least in my experience so no biggy.

My advice as a fellow Champ Concept poster:
---Currently his W has an AOE taunt literally as long as Rammus' single target taunt. That's huge, keep it at maybe a flat 1 second and reduce the cooldown a little?
---His E can do stupid amount of damage by itself not only early but late game with that armor ignore, AND do a respectable cc. Note that with an AD damage dealer any cc he/she brings can be followed easily with an AA or three, adding to the ability's damage potential.
---His total amount of potential hard CC right now is 5 seconds at level 18. That's HUGE. Leona is a pure cc, no damage tank and brings in something like 3 seconds counting the snare. Have you though of replacing some of that with soft cc? Slows are a good way to add utility while still giving your enemy a chance.
---Do you want him to be a fighter or tank? Fighters do not bring in a lot of cc and do a lot of damage while tanks do the opposite. Keeping a role in mind can really help with the numbers running out of control.
---Formatting wise, try to separate out the ability titles, the raw info (cooldowns, cost, etc.) with new lines, it helps readability. Also, don't be afraid to divide the base stats with a new line for each stat. Scrolling down a champion concept is not a bad thing, I would personally much rather be able to reference those numbers more easily than have the whole thing on one block. Try looking at how other champ concepts are formatted and assembled and take ideas you like into your next post!
