IP to RP converter?

I usually get RP, go on a spree, and have some left over RP with nothing to do with it. I would love to have an RP to IP converter, so that i dont have the left over RP taunting me.

If I had to guess, they wouldn't want that because you could techically buy runes then.

Seems kind of.... pointless. If you have that left-over rp don't you realize what you do with it? You buy MORE rp to use up that sneaky 10rp that slipped through your fingers before. It's all apart of riot's master plan... <.< >.>
