New Champion Idea: Vincent and Marylyn, The Deadly Dancers

So I've been playing league for about a year now and I really want to apply for an internship at riot in the summer so while I was in my classes I started doodling some champion Ideas and came up with this. Anyone who is willing to draw this champion or give me feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Name: Vincent and Marylyn, The Deadly Dancers

Lore:
Vincent was a gambler in the taverns of noxious, spending his days working hours on end to try and support his late night gambling and drinking habits. He was an orphan at birth never having known his true parents. Marylyn, on the other hand, was once part of a noble family of Demacia, but after his father had been shamed due to an affair with a Noxian princess, they had lost all of their money. Vincent had accumulated so much debt that he had to run with only a few dollars to his name, which he decided to spend immediately on a pint in Gragas's tavern. Marylyn was working as a barmaid at the time and when theirs eyes met their was an instant connection.
They took to the dance floor and not a single head was left unturned. They spun and turned as if the floor was ice doing the seemingly impossible. The first dance they had solidified their attachment, as well as attracting the eyes of a very experimental summoner, who promised them not only the money they desperately needed, but also a showcase for their wonderful dancing. That showcase is the League of Legends.

Stats: I was thinking that they should be similar to fiora, rather squishy but with alot of ad.

Abilities: Passive: Swingers: Every Basic attack increases the pairs passion, allowing them to use more moves.
For every passion they have each basic attack causes them to move toward their target a set number of space.

Q: Ballroom Blitz: The Pair charge forward together, splitting all in their path to the right or left of them. (similar shape to Aatroxs q.)

W: Spinning salsa: The couple take target enemy and spin around them shoving them back a fixed distance. ( i was thinking similar to fling, but could also push the pair forward)

E: Flying Fiesta: Vincent lifts Marylyn into the air and spins her, charming and doing damage to all enemies for a short period. (more of a cc spell than damage)

R: DANCING FEVER!!: All basic attacks for a short time cause passion to become full. Also, the length on Q, width on W and push back on E are all increased.
