Patch Notes Format Improvement

Hello fellow Summoners,

I am just starting a general chat to talk about better ways of displaying the patch notes.

For the Patch Notes, when you the stat adjusted are being listed, color coding the adjustments could be helpful for readability. For example crossing out the old stats in blue or yellow and listing buffs in green and nerfs in red. It would be great to scroll through and see which champs are getting buffed and nerfed without reading each line.
