Why we can't buy Chinese team icons in the store

Chinese teams put a lot effort on this game, and honestly they did pretty good job. Also, they did created some epic games during the world championship game. All the Chinese players in NA server deserve the Chinese icons to encourage them to play this game. Plz Riot :)

I believe a Rioter said there were legal issues they ran into. International stuff always has legal complications, and China isn't exactly known for making such things easy.

It would be cool if we could purchase skins, icons, and wards from other regions with our IP/RP.
