Seperate Tab or Selection For Concept Art, or Skin Ideas?

I have just recently using the Comunity Forum and /r/LeagueofLegendsand I am facinated by some of the skin ideas that the community comes up with for example:

Radioactive Gragas

And

Sand Storm Witch Lissandra

These are just 2 skin ideas of hundreds, it would be pretty awesome if under the Fan Crations there was a tab for skin ideas or concepts for champions.

Just a thought.
