[Champion Concept] Calla, The Blink From the Future
Edits: Changed the lore, a couple numbers in the scaling of abilities and took the teleport off of the ultimate. oh, and her title to "The Girl Lost In Time" mind you, that can easily be changed back or changed again.
Hey! So, literal first post to the forums and boards and what not ever! Had an Idea and went with it. So I have no idea if this is actually good, bad, balanced or unbalanced but i looked at a bunch of champs to try and get the numbers at least ball park reasonable i think. Any feedback will be appreciated! (preferably constructive lol) Just had the thought tonight and did this in less than an hour so idk how it'll turn out but i'm kinda thinking she would be like an AP assassin jungler rather than a laner so if something screams "i never wanna leave this lane ever put me here and i'll love you long time" then let me know lol! Thanks for your time and feedback in advance! and if i manage to come up with some artwork or something i'll be sure to add it in to this! buuuuuut, that may be a while if it does happen and may only happen if the responses make me feel like it'd be worth it :P anyways, thanks again and without further ado! Calla, The Girl Lost In Time
Lore: Calla is a genius mage and inventor from the future. A child of Zaun she grew up inspired by heroes who fought to bring her home out of the darkness and into a golden era.
Calla's father died in what she was told was an accident and her mother worked hard to raise her while still doing the important work she had to do. Early on in Calla's childhood, her mother decided that her work was too dangerous to be able to continue raising Calla on her own so she asked her trusted childhood friend to watch over Calla. That friend happened to be a skilled creator and hero of Zaun, Ekko.
Ekko raised Calla as his own for years and when he discovered her natural talent he decided to train her and educate her in the art, science and magic of time travel. Calla learned quickly, working hard and soon breaking the key to something new... something Ekko never even dreamed of. She discovered how to travel into the future. It was an incredible discovery... and a tragic one. She saw things she shouldn't have. She saw an end to everything she knew. She saw cataclysm.
Returning to her present she was in a panic, she continued to time leap all over, trying to discover where that end began. Ekko grew concerned over her mad drive. Her lack of concern for her own well being had her running herself ragged, always on the brink of exhaustion, starvation or dehydration. He tried to stop her but she only panicked more. She had to stop what was coming! After nearly a year of searching, she found the turning point. The point in time where one decision would sway the future into or away from that disaster. She had done it!
After some prep work and a final word of warning from her mentor, she was off to fix things that hadn't yet happened. She has joined the League of Legends in this time in an effort to be closer to those who will affect the future she so desperately wants to save. Unfortunately, this time is before her birth so even her mother and Ekko, the man who would someday raise her, have no idea who she is. She is a child lost in time, trying to find the way to a better future.

Abilities: Passive: Resonance Overdrive Casting spells causes Calla's Time Resonator to go into overdrive, accelerating her time stream. Casting spells grant stacks of Resonance Overdrive. At 3 stacks, the next time one of her spells damages an enemy champion or neutral monster, she gains bonus Movement Speed and Attack Speed for 3 seconds.
Q: Here I Am! Calla manipulates time appearing as though she simply blinks to a target (tower, champion, minion, monster) and releases time energy as she re-enters this time stream. This deals a large amount of Magic Damage to the target (60/70/80/95/110 +85% AP) and a smaller amount of magic damage in an AOE around her (30% of target damage). If she has 3 stacks of Overdrive Resonance, She can reactivate to blink back to where she started (but dealing no damage). (medium range, targeted, instant cast time) Cooldown-18/15/12/10/8 Cost-60/70/80/90/100
W: Wait Up! Calla throws her staff at an opponent dealing a small amount of magic damage (10/20/30/40/50 +10% of AP) and slowing them for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. If she has 3 stacks of Resonance Overdrive, it stuns them instead. (medium range, skill shot, short cast time) Cooldown-14/12/10/8/6 Cost-55/65/75/85/95
E: Not Today! Passive- Calla's basic attacks deal a small amount of bonus magic damage (1%/2%/4%/6%/8% of AP). This Passive does not apply as long as "Not Today!" is on cooldown. Active- Calla manipulates time to protect herself shielding her from either an amount of damage (50/80/110/140/170 +5% of AP) or the next spell that would hit her within 3/3/4/5/5 seconds and then expiring. R: See You In A Second! Calla travels forwards in time to deal with pesky enemies before they even know it. Calla becomes invisible and untargetable for 3 seconds. During this time she can attack and cast spells as normal; however, all the damage she deals during this time will take place simultaneously at the end of the 3 seconds (Damage at 100%/110%/125%). Enemies withing 1000 units of Calla when she activates "See You In A Second!" are notified with a mark above their heads and a sound indicator. While Vision Wards won't reveal Calla, she will still be affected by any skill shots, AOEs, etc. that hit her while invisible allowing counter play with some skill and prediction.
