MrWaffler1 votesIf they don't change it, Urf would most certainly win. Whatever super op abilities they have STILL have cooldowns and mana costs. You could literally just play Lux or some other long-range harrass champ like Xerath or Ziggs and just spam everything every two seconds and win easily. Also, you would have the likes of Hecawin 1v5'ing doombots and winning because he's Hecawin.
