League of Legends Arcade Creations

ok so i saw my brother playing some star craft 2 (he was playing arcade games) and i thought why doesnt riot make an arcade mode in league where people can make custom gamemodes and custom maps for people to play but riot has to verify the mode, i just think that this idea could make league ALOT more than just the moba game it is. Also im very eager to see any other ideas relating to this one :D. Happy playing
