"A sword can be cunning and deadly, but a double edged sword can hurt your opponent as same as yourself. Nephilia is somewhat a double edged sword who relies too much on her powers, thus harms herself and the very surroundings. Though her relentless pursuit can be sometimes useful, albeit she never let her grip off of her target, making her merciless and just.
*Nephilia never met her parents, but a good person took care of her - at that time when she had to grew wings like everyone else, she didn't.
The world of angels had seen most terrible things in history - Demons, Fallens, Half-Demon and Half-Angel - but nothing was that cruel and violent as Nephilia's presence. Normally, an angel receives its wings over time in young years - but what on Nephilia's back grew was a black mass that continuously spread over herself and everyone else who dares to get close. Eventually, when she was chased by judicators and their judgements, her wings grew immediately and - what seemed to be the biggest wings one ever could imagine, turned out to be a demon who manifested part of his body and terrorized the guiltless. This black mass is a legacy from a time when a mighty demon was summoned in the night of a new cycle - but the summon process failed and instead a part of the demon caught a defenseless baby in its matrix. *
Since then Nephilia lived for herself alone, always escaping so she couldn't hurt innocent people. Over the years she became ruthless and destructive, but never harmed innocent souls. Instead she began as a teenager to slay the demons that plagued her world and so she met a certain person who was known as the 'General', a former executioner whose judgements were called to help the innocent - but through the uncertainty of his past executed judgements, eventually he became a Fallen, perhaps a too crazy one. Insane and with no fear at all, he harvested the innocent in order to gain a strength beyond the possibilities. When he gathered enough souls, he immediately opened the gate from the demon world to the angel world and did herald the second invasion of demons that the world had seen in history.
Nephilia, who couldn't stop him fron his undoings, did the last thing she could and summoned the demon inside of her and let him free. The demon gave her enough power to finish the Fallen off, but her powers were wasted and she drifted in a unconscious state - slowly falling into the pit of the demons gate.
The League summoned Nephilia in the right time and for her service on the fields of justice, the Institute of War will try to help in further investigating on how the demon gate can be closed and Nephilia's world can be eventually saved."
#Appearance
First, Nephilia is a strong person who, even though she is an angel, doesn't have any wings - instead she can create a black mass on her shoulders that act like wings.
This black mass does normally manifest into a black dragon or a weapon - in the picture below there is Nephilia with the great golden weapon and below the picture there is the dragon who transforms between Greatsword and his true form.

#Champion Explanation
- Nephilia (No straight origin - Nephila is a type of spider - Nephilia is mainly combinated with Nephilim & Ophelia) is a strong and reliant girl who's currently at 21 years. She wields a bigass greatsword that is a black dragon who transformed into the shape of a weapon to give full power to her.
- *Nephilia is also known as Nephilim in a series of prologues called 'Wings of Justice'. Her life and also the life before she was born had been revealed through. You can always read it if you feel like you want to know more about her. Seraphim Dust & Daemon Blood & Nephilim Tear - Part 4 *
- Though Nephilia seems to be brutal, everything that comes is an influence from the black mass that subliminally controls her desire and her goals. But a strong will can't be broken, so Nephilia still fights only for her motives and won't change them until she's dead.
- In the Lore stays that Nephilia's a orphan and she doesn't know (And it's the official league statement) who her parents were - she holds a grudge against them. If they hadn't gave up on Nephilia instead to leave her, Nephilia wouldn't've killed so many innocent people accidentally and perhaps could've lived a normal life without being chased. When Nephilia was summoned to Runeterra and had been told that her parents are alive - instead to be happy or angry, she dissociated and pleaded to say no words about her being connected to Nuriel & Abaddon. Nephilia has two thoughts in her head: One being that she wants to see what kind of persons her parents are before revealing her identity - the other one is that Nephilia wants to see if both are strong enough to defeat her when the time is nigh and her parents want to put an end to her life and threat.
- For clarification - When I say "dragon" I mean "demon" and vica versa. The dragon is a demon. And if you see at her picture, she has chains bound to her and to the demon/greatsword - this is because both are linked in a way that can't be disconnected - the chains are for better good, otherwise the beast would roam freely and murder innocent ones.
- Nephilia is a versatile fighter who can outburst her opponents in an blink of a eye. Her kit is based on a special requirement of her target's current status (movement-impaired) and concentrates her burst in that short window when she stuns or slows her targets. She is best played on top or mid, perhaps jungler could work.

#Abilities
#Innate Passive - 'Nephilim's Dignity':
Whenever a enemy within 1500 range near by has movement-impaired effects either directly by Nephilia or an ally, Nephilia gains +31%/+34%/+37%/+40%/+43%/+46%/+49%/52%/+55% (Level: 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17) movement speed for the same duration as the enemy's movement impair effects last.
#Q (Skillshot / Stun) - 'Mirror Sledge':
Nephila sends forth a part of her greatsword - a black mirror piece is being thrown in a straight path of 650 range. If a enemy has been hit, the target receives** 55/66/77/88/99 (+46% AD) physical damage** and will be stunned for 0.5 seconds.
If the ability hits an enemy, Nephilia can cast two more times 'Mirror Sledge'.

#W (Dash / Stun) - 'Unbreakable Chains'
If a stunned, knock-backed, rooted, slowed, airborne (movement-impair effect) enemy Champion is near by 525 range, this ability can be activated.
Active: Nephilia grows a black mass wing and dashes to the nearest movement-impaired enemy Champion and rams her greatsword into the target - She deals 75/97/115/135/155(+72% Bonus AD) physical damage and stuns the target for 1 seconds.
This ability can critically strike and will take the whole damage in account.

- Cooldown: 17/14.5/12/9.5/7
#E (Basic Attack Enhancer / Auto Attack Reset / Slow) - 'Revelation':
Passive: Each basic attack against a movement-impaired enemy will decrease Nephilim's current basic ability cooldowns by 1 second.
Active: Nephilia's next basic attack will deal [100% Base AD] + [110%/120%/130%/140%/150% Total AD] physical damage and slows the target by 35% for 2 seconds that decays after 1 second.

#Ultimate - 'Interlude':
Nephilia swiftly raises her greatsword straight in the designated direction - the greatsword swiftly and vastly forms to a great black dragon who roars and flies up to 650 range.
The black dragon knocks back enemies directly hit to the left or right side, while enemies on the edge are more likely to get slightly knocked back away from the demon.
Nonetheless enemy Champions affected by the Ultimate are also damaged by 125/160/195 (+120% AP)(+46% AD) physical damage.

#Concept Explanation
Nephilia offers a new gamestyle that I call "Weaken it & Destroy it". Nephilia's kit is centered on stunning, slowing or knock backing the enemy target to use her devastating abilities.
Innate Passive gives Nephilia great advantage to help her team - once a movement-impaired enemy is near by, she receives great mobility to hurry to her team mates - it also works wonder if she ganks other lanes where there are some CC's prepared to both activate her dash and passive.
Her Q can, once hit, be cast up to two times again. Because this is a skillshot, it'll be hard to hit as the projectile speed is similiar to Ezreal's Q. Even though if you hit your target from far, you stun the target and you can activate again - in this time your opponent can escape. All depends on your skills and your opponent's.
The W is a great ability, but it's the only dash she has - it is hard for her to escape situations, but she can exploit that weakness and jump between enemy Champions to escape finally. Nephilia stuns her targets normally by 0.5 seconds with her Q, but using her W as a combo will stun the target for a longer duration.
E seems like a typical basic attack enhancer - it deals great damage in mid to late and slows its target for a long time. There is no need of a strong slow with shorter duration as the longer the slow is, the more likely Nephilia is able to jump on the target with W and stun and burst it.
Last, but not least - Her Ultimate which is something new. It knock backs enemies further away and pushes them to either one of right or left side. While knock backed, Nephilia can use her W - This is mainly for the situation when Nephilim fails her Q and can't reach her target with her E.
Nephilia is strong against other AD Carries like Tryndamere or Aatrox, but can be easily destroyed by strong tanks like Malphite or Shen. Nephilia, once she fails her Q, lacks of gap closers and can be then easily kited - which means that ranged fighters or marksman like Jayce, Ezreal, Vayne, can outburst her from far.
