A new toxic Champion.. literally

I've got an idea for a Champion that might be hard to realize, but the idea behind is pretty insane.

Remember Lee Sin's lore? Lee Sin was supposed to be a Summoner like you and me. During a process where he killed a young boy, he abandoned himself ecetera ecetera.. the end of the story, he became a Champion.

However... what if we had a Champion who was actually to be a Summoner, but due to his toxic behavior, he became a Champion as some sorta.. punishment?
We're talking here about the common cases in League of Legends where many players these days are highly toxic, both in active ways (cursing) and passively (trolling).

But what if we had a Champion who's lines are curses? "Damn you", "I'm gonna PIEEEP you" - And I think there's some sorta funny thing when we hear actual curse language but with a PIEEEP sound like in the usual television.

I dunno, maybe I'm the only one here. Maybe the Champion could've been toxic in first place but became normal/better and sometimes when he curses accidentally, the pieps censore him. In any case, I think this could be a good example for people getting back on the right train.

XxLutherxX - The Malefic Anger

Passive - Luther radiates anger, angering enemies near him, they become angry because yo, that's his deal. Enemies near him become debuffed every 4 seconds one stack of anger. Each stack lowers armor, AP, MR, and AD by .25/.5/1 can stack up to 10 times. The debuff lasts for 6 seconds.

Q - U Mad Bro?

Skill shot nuke that deals 50/70/80/90/110 (+.7 AP)(+10 Per Anger Stack.) If the enemy has 10 stacks, they are stunned.

W - Never gonna give you up

XxLutherxX sings gaily into the field of war. Any enemies nearby gain twice the anger stacks they currently have.

If they receive max stacks, they are dealt 100/150/175/225/275 true damage

E - Ur Mom

XxLutherxX shouts in a line, striking enemies for 100/125/150/175/200 magic damage. Any enemy with 5 stacks of anger becomes taunted.

If the enemy has 10 stacks, they gain 120 movement speed for the duration of the taunt.

R - TIME TO TROLL

Passive: XxLutherxX steals Trundle's line, angering pretty much everyone.

Active: XxLutherxX becomes XXNAZILUVERXX for a a duration of 10 seconds. During this time, anger stacks are applied twice as fast. Any enemy near XXNAZILUVERXX with ten stacks of anger become slowed by 35%, while leaving a trail of damaging drool which damages enemy champions for 50/100/150 damage a second, because why not.

Oooh, I'd never actually read Lee Sin's lore before now so I didn't know that was even a thing- but knowing the precedent has been already set makes it seem plausible, as well as interesting- Maybe not toooo generic toxic since summoners in the lore of sorts wouldn't actually be, well, gamers, but certainly someone with a really shitty personality who likes fucking with people and such would be interesting. Maybe at least one of his skills could be connected to the whole trolling thing, maybe through some form of champion displacement or something, or maybe clone related stuff, not sure... But yeah, concept seems kinda cool. Bonus points for the champion being female because obviously no summoners/people on internet are real girls.

The appearance - badass thunder warrior or a more stereotypical internet-troll?

I plan to create the badass thunder warrior on the concept that he's got a god complex. Due to his complex he thinks that everything he does is righteous and true, but what others do are not. He was in first place a Summoner - He managed to get through the Arcane Majoris education and became a Summoner.

Due to his high toxic behavior, he ruined the reputation of the Institute of War and became popular due to the public newspaper. Almost in every newspaper something was written about him and the Institute of War. They punished him, sentenced him to silence and suspended him, but he never changed his behavior.
Due to a mass panic and problems that Runeterra would cause, the Institute of War punished him by sending him into the fields of justice where he can still exist and not shake the fans he established with his previous toxic attitude.

I made the champion, as a joke.

But I got to say I really like the idea of a taunted champion with increased movement speed during the taunt. That would be so powerful.
