For future attempts at this, does anyone know how to kill minions when they get super strong? They were pretty tough only 3 hours in, and I wanted to go for like 10 hour originally
At that point in the best way to kill minions is a ravenous hydra a bortk and a atma's impaler. then cap attack spd.
Hydra gives aoe clear blade gives % and atma's on Sion is infinite att damage scaling.
I think you need infinite scaling damage to kill the minions into super late game, see Veigar and Nasus. I'd also recommend using Howling abyss because it's easier to freeze one lane then three. still, 27K HP is quite the tank. (hope you bought 
)

I actually did have an atmas while I was farming. It gave me a bonus 350 or so AD. I also had a BORK and hydra.
I actually had a good farming setup where I had Nasus and veigar at my nexus (with all inhibs up) killing 100% of my minons and me (Sion) doing the same at their base. You can see how strong the minions got because they went from killing the inhib to the nexus in 7 seconds in the video :p
I needed summoners rift for the %hp regen from warmogs and baron :3
