Aes the Weapon Shifter
LORE Kicked out of his family due to the lack of hands, Aes has ventured into Runeterra in hopes of finding someone who will accept him. Searching for a long time finally paid off for him, he found Yme the great weaponsmith that changed Aes' life, he gave him hands. Unfortunately Yme wasn't a wizard or anything meaning he didn't give him real hands, instead he gave him weapons to fight with. It gave Aes the looks of a real warrior. But Yme wanted something back, and Aes didn't know about it 'till then, Yme wanted Aes' soul. Anger took over Aes and he killed Yme before he could extract his soul from him body. Aes couldn't control himself, it was the weapons, they wanted to see blood but soon he knew how to control them. But they still wanted the blood and because of that Aes looked for something that could satisfy the weapons and then he knew where to go. To the League of Legends.
ABILITIES
Passive - Blood Hunger Whenever Aes is near a champion with less than 40% of their health he gains 20/40/60 ( at levels 6/11/16 ) movement speed.
Every kill gives Aes 2 AD and 2 AP Every assist gives Aes 1 AD and 1 AP
Q - Stabbers/Slow Down! Cost: 10/20/30/40/50 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6
Melee - If cast behind the target, slows the target down by 99% for 0.25s and deals 10/20/30/40/50 ( +70% AD ) as physical damage If cast in front of the target, silences the target for 0.5s and deals 10/20/30/40/50 ( +70% AD ) as physical damage Ranged - The next 3 basic attacks slow the target the target by 50% for 1s and deal an additional 10/20/30/40/50 ( +60% AD ) as physical damage
W - Get back/Shield Slash Cost: 40/60/80/100/120 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8
Melee - Pushes the target away and deals 1/2/3/4/5% of their max. health as magic damage. Ranged - Throws his shield at the target and makes the target bleed for 1/2/3/4/5% of their current health each second for 5 seconds as magic damage.
E - Stay there/Precision Cost: 40/60/80/100/120 20/19/18/17/16
Melee - Puts his sword in the body of the target and snares it for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3s and deals 50/100/150 ( +50% AD ) as physical damage. Ranged - After aiming for 1/1.5/2s Aes shoots the target for 50/100/150 ( +50% AD ) and making it bleed for 2% of its max health for 2/4/6s
R - All the weapons Cost: 0/0/0/0/0 Aes switches from Melee to Ranged form gaining new abilities and bonuses. Melee - +10 Mov. Speed Ranged - +5% Atk. Speed
Description Aes will be like a burnt out skeleton ( or something along the lines ) that has wild flames around him, they don't deal damage though.
