Ideas for Pre-Void Kassadin

Hi, I had some ideas for Pre-Void Kassadin. Currently, the skin Costs 520 and there's no change except visually. But it could Easily become a Legendary skin, or even an Ultimate Skin. it could have new differences comparing to the classic skin. those could be:

-voice changing

-a new weapon model(since it's pre-void and he actually has a void blade. it could be a metal blade attached to his hand, like Zed)

-other quotes

-changes at level 6,11 and 16 where he would be more and more invaded by the void(that one is if it's gonna be an Ultimate skin)

this just came in my mind out of the blue, and I thought it could actually be a good idea. Mostly because it says it's Pre-Void (so before he saw the void) but he has a void blade and he has the same voice and everything.
