[Custom Event] The Return of the Dark Age (?)
Centuries ago, when the Dark Age was ruling over Runeterra - Witches, Warlocks and Heretics corrupted the land in order to rule the weaker ones.
The Dark Age wasn't just a name for the event ongoing in that time, but also a power emanating from an ancient artifact. This power corrupted the most magically talented people all over Valoran, into narcissistic, insane and destructive anchors of evil who destroyed the balance of good and evil in this world.
However, only a few hundred were awakened by the artifact, because only those who are truly evil inside, will transform in their true form - With devastating powers and unpredictable choices, those who became strong by the Dark Age, were destroying parts of Runeterra which are still until this very day irreparable or its remnants was still not found.
The Circle of the Arcanum Majoris had a few hundreds members who fought against the new might that appeared in this time, but lost also many due to deaths, injuries or being corrupted by the Dark Age - That was truly a dark age, when hope died as fast as you can imagine.
In order to regain the balance of good and evil, the Arcanum Majoris elders have sealed the artifact of the Dark Age inside of a young child that had to keep a heavy burden. One of the side effects of the seal, was that the young child received powers equal to the Arcanum Majoris elders, but also received the ability to almost never age. Within those centuries, she grew up to an adult until this very day, always in fear of those who want to open the seal and return the Dark Age. In this very moment, she's prepared to join the Institute of War due to personal reasons.
While the Dark Age has ended, most of the villains lost their powers or ended up dead due to their insanity, as if the Dark Age was a drug for them.
From those hundreds, remain today only two - the strongest and in the same time immune to the disappearance of the Dark Age - Alicia Klaus and Gregori Hastur. Both very dependent on the Dark Age's powers, but still managed to create their own powers.
Alicia was very magically talented, but since the Dark Age has been disbanded from this world, her power regeneration is since then very low, thus she uses the Anima, semi-living souls, to empower herself.
Gregori had always a great potential, his wish was to summon a army of darkness that takes over the world as we know. However, his dream has stopped since the Dark Age doesn't exist anymore - He still is capable of summoning fierce demons, but in the same time gains powers from the creatures of darkness.
Until this very day, Alicia and Gregori still live, but never met in those centuries, except one time when Alicia deceived her identity to marry Gregori and give birth to Annie that would herald the start of her own dark age. Unfortunately, the child that has been given birth, never trusted Alicia, and so the child summoned subliminally a fierce shadow bear to keep Alicia away from her. That was the last time when Annie saw her mother until she left both Annie and Gregori. Alicia joined the Institute of War to both cover the world in her own dark age, and to forget the pain when her own child disbands her very own heart.
Gregori Hastur became the lone father, who raised Annie and learned to love her - that was a mistake, then after he unlocked a secret about how to break the seal to the Dark Age, he couldn't do this to his own child. Instead, he joined the Institute of War because a special person appeared, who inherits the seal of the Dark Age.

Special Event:
Whenever Alicia and Gregori or Gregori and Zoey appears on both enemy teams, the first kill against the enemy Gregori, Alicia or Zoey, will unlock a specific new item that can be bought for 1000 gold and will be consumed instantly.
(Alicia) Witch's Proud - Alicia's basic attacks now deals 20% of her total AP.
(Gregori) Necromancer's Staff - Gregori's passive now also heals him afterwards for 2.5 seconds for about 30% of the damage done against Monsters, Minions and Champions.
(Zoey) Arcane Majoris' Gloves - Zoey's ability power is increased by 1 for each 1% current Magicka Infinita.

"There is a valley, just on the sandy edge of the Tempest Flats. It is said that a powerful witch lives there at the very bottom—all by herself, but never alone. It is said that she commands the powerful magics that circle and batter this place. She transforms the energies into semi-living souls, trapping them inside weapons of war. The witch has kept to herself for many long decades. That is, until a few years ago, when she abruptly stopped, to continue her devilish plan. Leaving the valley in the middle of the night, 'Alicia Klaus' shambled across the desert and into the neighbouring realms. She torments and terrifies all who look upon her with her wickedly crooked smile.
The next known whereabouts of Alicia was, when she deceived her identity to allow herself in the participation of Noxus’ former political and social group called ‘Grey Order’. Alicia, who since then was called Amoline, the Shadow Witch, everytime felt more and more alive as never before for every continuing moment of her intrigue. In the end, she exploited her former partner ‘Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock’ in order to give birth to a child that would’ve been her heritage to the world, when she’ll once disappear from the world, only chaos and disorder leaving behind.
After the birth to the child of Alicia alias Amoline, she stayed on the side of her partner for the excuse of the child’s sake. The child became powerful, maybe even more powerful than Alicia was at that time. One day the child summoned a Bear that acted as her friend, but subliminally manifested the child’s uncertainty of Alicia’s motives. Alicia was blocked from her own child whenever she tried to get through to her – until she ousted her feelings and came to the point where she wanted to continue her plans to create chaos in Runeterra.
Alicia left her partner and her child in order to disorder, to create chaos in the world she lived for decades until now."
Gregori Hastur
"Once upon a time, there was a century called 'Dark Age' when dark energies and evil summonings were feared amongst those who did not possess these powers.
The Dark Age was a time when Witches, Warlocks and Heretics were not to be forced to live beneath mere mortals in fear of being discovered as a threat - until once the Dark Age has ended.
A prophecy says that a child will be born that inherits the powers of a Witch and a Warlock, summoning once again the Dark Age when the time will come - That is, if the Dark Age hasn't been banned and sealed away from the circle of Arcanum Majoris
The 'Arcanum Majoris' were wise Magicians who discovered the truth of the Dark Age and its Rulers. The Dark Age was sealed within a child from the Arcanum Majoris, that still carries until this very day the burden of the Dark Age.
'Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock', was a fierce Warlock in the Dark Age which powers were once unlimited - he summoned thousands of servants which bloodthirsty waited for his orders. Since his cruel presence in the Dark Age, he wasn't found, until he recently became the leader of a political and social group from Noxus, known as the 'Gray Order', who sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge.
With the new built home in the Voodoo Lands, Gregori Hastur researched with his former wife 'Amoline, the Shadow Witch', to find a way to unlock the seal to the Dark Age. 'Annie, the Shadow Child' was born out of the experiments, treating her more as a guinea pig instead of their child.
One day, Annie summoned a Bear that went out of control and Gregori tried to destroy him - Annie cried and dragged her father, she pleased him to not hurt the Shadow Bear. That was the moment when Gregori became partially human and taught Annie how to bind the dangerous Bear on her side forever.
A gift and in the same time a weapon, Annie trusted her father more than her mother at this point - which might led to the conclusion of Amoline's disappearance after she left both Annie and Gregori.
At this very moment, Gregori Hastur had nothing than Annie and so his love to his daughter increased every day, until Gregori Hastur found out how to break the seal of the Dark Age.
The prophecy says that a child that inherits the powers of a witch and a warlock, will upon sacrificing her life, break the seal to herald the new Dark Age.
Gregori had to make the most difficult choice he ever had imagined. He left Annie because the temptation of the new Dark Age was too great, but not greater as the newly found love he felt for his own daughter.
The person who carries the seal of the Dark Age has been found and introduced to the Institute of War - and this was known to the Grey Warlock, who now attempts to break the seal upon participating in the Institute of War and torturing the person until the seal will eventually break."
Zoey
"No light nor darkness, just a grey color - eyes which deceives, senses which alters, memories which fades away.
Zoey, both human but also bearer of ruin, lives as long as she can remember - many decades, maybe even thousands of years. Moments of blurring retrospects of her never-ending life occur, only to then be remembered of the course of her destiny.
It is said that once, long time ago, there was a event called 'Dark Age'. It was a time of calamity and heresy, corruption and deception, when a lost artefact that has been found, suddenly activated and affected everyone in Runeterra.
Though it was a very strong artefact, it could only reach those who were truly evil inside, thus only few were awakened by the artefact. The Arcanum Majoris fought a never-ending battle between good and evil, but despite of those with good intentions, they were powerless against.
A child was chosen to carry the artefact of the Dark Age - by binding the artefact inside of the child, the Dark Age was sealed away. First and foremost, a child was taken to guarantee that the Dark Age would not return as soon as possible.
Due to one of the side effects of bearing the artefact, the child received almighty powers which could not control it. Accidents after accidents, the child almost murdered innocent peoples, thus the child left the Arcanum Majoris.
This child was 'Zoey', who after a very long time, became slowly older due to one of the side effects as the bearer of the seal. Zoey lived underground, she hid herself from the public, only because she was afraid to harm innocent peoples.
Even though she was hidden beneath the civilization for decades, she was frequently discovered by those who wanted to break the seal and claim the new Dark Age for themselves - with no success, Zoeys powers were too great.
From time to time, Zoeys memories fades away, as if she ousts it to become stronger. Zoey recently decided to participate in the Institute of War, because both her health and the seal was in danger - she felt a huge presence was claiming her life.
By joining in the fields of justice, she would bait the one longing for her life and the seal of the Dark Age."
