New champion: Rafe The priest

I present to you community of League Of Legends a new champion not yet seen or allowed by Riot Games for now, lets hope Riot aproves this champion and i myself will allowed no credits to me if Riot Games decides to note' i just do this for fun and to help you guys Riot and LOL Payers He is a priest that hunts those who follows the dark such as the void and noxus are his enemy's he would be mained bot lane as a support he is gonna be Tank and mage, mostly tank Because he is gonna be a support so we don't want him to be Unbalanced with his ability power.

passive: Call Of Justice. Call Of Justice make's Rafe more faster whenever he cast a spell on himself or an allied he gains +20% movement speed, but when he cast an abilite to an enemy he will gain a +1 stack (max 3 stacks) once he gain 3 stacks the next abilitie casted on the enemy will slow their movement speed by -15%.

Q:Heaven's light. Heaven's light is an abilitie that can blind an enemy for 2.5 seconds so the enemy will miss their auto attacks(this abilitie would not deal damage or abilitie power.)

W:Heaven's Touch. Heaven's Touch is an abilitie that will give him or his allies 3 golden balls that will deal 25/50/75/100/125 abilitie power to the enemy every time they auto attack him or an allied with Heaven's Touch cast on if the abilitie is cast on the enemy they would loose -10% amor and magic resist for 2/2.5/3/3.5/5 seconds.

E:Blessed. Blessed is an Abilitie that accelerates the allied's health regeneration when is he cast the abilitie he can throw circle that when allies stands on it, it would accelerate they health regends by 2%/4%/7%/8%/10% for 8 seconds

R:Spirit Of Life. passive: When you cast Call Of Justice on an enemy all Rafe's abilities will Reduce the cold down by 1/1.5/2/2.5

active: Once an allied had die or multiple or allies are dead Spirit Of Life will be able to Reduce 5/10/15/20/ of their death time

If Rafe's entry is successful into the summoners Rift all Credit would go to whoever Riot Games inc. decides to.

O god this grammar. His E ratios are really underwhelming. His ultimate is kinda stupid because it promotes safe play for a tank support. (You have to be able to cast it in team fights, before you die) His Q needs a damage ratio (or a compete rework) His W needs diminishing returns.

Once I can actually understand this, I might like it. For now, it seems really cookie-cutter.

A...a tank/support.....that goes...gulp Mid-lane...

Ok. Mages go mid lane. ADc's sometimes go mid lane. Assassins go mid lane. HE IS NONE OF THOSE. HE DOES NOT BELONG IN THE MID LANE.

Wanna know where he belongs? Bot. With an ADC. Now, with that in mind, I'll discuss his abilities.

His Q does not scale or do damage. It's useless. Make it deal damage and scale the blind time. Teemo's blind dart is a great example of what you're trying to have Rafe's Q be. His W is good, but only making it deal damage and reduce enemy armor and magic resist makes it weak. Enemies who attack the ally with this on them should be punished for doing so. Give it more damage and perhaps a speed reduction. Oh, and don't forget it's duration. His E is a good concept but....Anyone who isn't a tank will suffer from only slightly increased Health regen. It needs to be a percentage or solid heal (solid means a definent number, like 200) so that everyone on his team benefits.

Finally we have his ult. Now, again, it's a good concept, but it also inspired enemies to have no fear when killing Rafe's allies. Instead of reducing their respawn time, have it resurrect allies after a delay, or just for a few seconds. Maybe it even makes them immune to damage, like a big Kayle ult.

Keep in mind that while yes, if Riot likes the idea and decides to use it, they are most likely looking for an already solid idea, not one that you half-ass just for them to pick up the slack.

maybe you should give him a damaging ability I know he's a support and all but look at all the other supports they have damaging abilities i'm just saying maybe like I guess something stronger and his q should do some damage kinda like a Leona ult
