Some champions and skins ideas

Hello Im from Brazil (summoner`s name Razokk - Brazilian server) and in the last months I have come up with a few ideas for champions and skins. I have been playing since last years august and my favorite champion is Volibear . Forgive me for any misspells with the english language.


Champions ideas

Justarius - Demacia's courage - Primary: tank Secondary: fighter

Justarius is a high mobile tank with great crowd control and medium damage - he is based in the classic noble knight with silver shining armor (closed helmet) and an armored mount (horse).

Rider (passive) Justarius gains 1% increased speed every second when out of combat until a maximum 20% increase

Q Courageous blow 10-9-8-7-6s cd Justarius smashes his target with his might hammer damaging (scales AD) stunning him for 0.75s

W Hold position 20-18-16-14-12s cd For 5 seconds Justarius receives 50% less damage and deals 50% less damage.

E Trample 15s cd Justarius charges in a straight line (1000 jards) dealing damage (scales with AD and move speed) and knocking aside enemy champions.

R Grand charge 120-100-80s cd Justarius readies his grand charge riding with increasing speed in a straight line until his targeted spot (2500 jards max distance) dealing damage (scales with AD and move speed), knocking aside enemy champions along his path and stunning (0.5 to 2.5 seconds based on distance traveled) enemy champions at his targeted (final) position.


Nekros - The everlasting - Mage

Nekros is a mage with good endurance who rellies on summoning minions to build up damage and has a transformation ultimate that changes his gameplay - he is based on the classic necromancer with dark robes. His alter ego - the Skeleton King - is a very strong fighter who empowers his skeletons.

Necromancer (passive) For each minion active Nekros gains 2 armor + magic resist plus 1% AP increase for each minion. Skeleton king: for each minion beyond the first they will gain a 5% increase in damage.

Q Raise dead 45s cd (1-2-3-4-5 skeleton) Nekros raises a minion (skeleton) to fight for him (max 3 skeletons). Each skeleton has 20% of Nekros health and does physical damages (AD). Skeleton king: empowers the skeletons damage and health. Note: The skeleton king cant create more skeletons so thats where the strategy for this champion is essential.

W Grab the living 25-23-21-19-17s cd Dead hands rise from the ground and grab the target rooting him in place for 1.5s and damaging him (scales AP) Skeleton king: increases movement speed for 35% for 6s and hits his target damaging (scales AD) and rooting him in place for 1s

E Drain life 12-11-10-9-8s cd Nekros sends a bolt of foul energy that damages his target (scales AP, 700 jards) and heals him for 10-12-14-18% of the damage done. Skeleton king: Nekros empowers his weapon for a mighty strike damaging his target (scales AD) and healing himself for 10-12-14-18% of the damage done.

R Skeleton king (200s cd) After dying (up to 5s after death) Nekros may transform himself into the skeleton king gaining new abilities and converting AP into AD.


Silvanus - Nature's guardian / Ranger of the woods - Marksman, 650 range (700 from bush)

Silvanus is a marksman champions who rellies on mobility and extensive use of the bushes to develop himself in the laning phase. He is based on the classic image of the forest ranger (Elven) using leather clothes and a green cape with a wooden long bow as weapon.

Forest fighter (passive) Silvanus has increased range when attacking from bushes. He is also imune from crowd control while in a bush.

Q Quickshot 20-18-16-14-12s cd Silvanus rapid fires 3 shots in a single target (each count as a normal attack) at 525 range.

W Woods sniper 30-28-26-24-22s cd, 1200 range Silvanus stands still for 2 seconds (1.5s if standing in a bush) marking a target, shooting for heavy damage. Any minions, monsters, champions or terrain in the way will intercept the shot.

E Hit and run 14-12-10-8-6s cd Silvanus attacks the nearest target (prioritazes champions) then jumps a short distance (following the cursor). The distance is doubled if he jumps to a bush.

R Call of the wild (100s cd) Silvanus summons an animal to aid him in battle for 10 seconds. If he casts while in a bush the duration increases to 15 seconds. The animals attack Silvanus target. Wolf: gives increased attack speed to Silvanus and his allies. Bear: stuns surrounding enemy champions for 1 second. Eagle: roots the target in place for 2 seconds.


Skin ideas

Varus of the woods - Varus as a forest fighter/ranger like the classic figure of the elven archer. His ultimate could be tree roots going for his enemies.

Golden knight Hecarim - Hecarim as a golden knight/centaur from a time before his death/transformation.

Warlord Volibear - well I love Volibear. I thought about an ultimate skin with his polar bear design where he starts with little armour and increases his armour every few levels (like pulsefire Ezreal)becoming a huge and menacing armoured bear at the end (lvl 16 or 18). I know he is not a great pick in the current meta but I just love him. I wish he could get some buffs to increase his usage - Q damage scaling with max health or his ultimate inniciating with a stun at the first champion hit and a slow to the bouncing targets (one time effects).

Your Elven Archer Idea has already been done with ashe, and the necromancer with Yorick. The Justarius is very alike to Sejuani (Spells) + Garen (Character). I like the skin ideas though... Overall very Creative! Keep your mind thinking on those champions... one of them will be a winner!
