Refund Credit Idea!

I wanted to suggest a very cool thing riot could implement.. So I was thinking that in the store, you get 3 refund credits. And once those three credits are up you can no longer refund anymore. So i thought up a way to enable summoners to get more credits, by buying RP! Every time you buy RP over a 10$ Amount you get 1 refund credit or a half of a credit for below 10$ within the store! I would love to see this be implemented in any way and i think it would greatly increase riot's sale of Riot Points! With enough comments, likes or whatever makes the threads get noticed I'm sure the designers of league will see this and hopefully enable the ability to gain back refund credits!!
