Spell reflection! Good Idead XD

I've been thinking of several items to be honest, one of the most significant items would have to be this.

Reflection Cloak: Made by building and combining; Spirit Visage and Spectre's Cowl.

Stats: 500 health, 90 magic resist, 25 health regeneration per 5 seconds. 20% cool down reduction.

Unique passive: Reflects 20% of spell damage done by enemy champions.

Passive:Increases seal healing, health regeneration, life steal and spell vamp effects by 15%. Upon taking damage from enemy champs regenerate 25 health per 5 seconds for up to 10 seconds.

Something along the lines of a Ap thornmail is missing from the game. Get all the resist you want, but you will never have that reflection of damage in magic resist like you do in armor. Thus this item was born

It gives room for it to go down in caps of course. I did nothing but added the main abilities of the two items used to create said item. As well as the 25 health regen in the stats can be removed. Giving the passive room to work

For instance. I've faced several teams of Luxs in the One for all...... Needless to say the ults cool downs, combined with their double snares... Yeah there is no blocking running or even getting close to them with a team of melees. A good defensive item would really help stamp some of that damage out. While returning some as the thorn mail would return ad damage. I mean look at thorn mail it's too op in some eyes. It builds from one item with 40 armor and the other 15 armor. Combined thorn mail then has 100 armor, and returns 30% of the incoming damage as magical damage.
