New Garen Skin?

There are many Garen skins, but they're all too serious. None of them show his playful side. I propose a Pool Party Garen skin. In this skin Garen would have a Hawaiian shirt on, sandals, and swim trunks. I was thinking something like in the link. I hope you make this skin, and I will buy it.
