Trying to Recall something in the forums

Hello, i was browsing the forums, looking for a specific topic. It was on a new champion (concept or planned, i dont remember) . This champion was based of a cowboy, had a passive that went off 6 bullets, and his name started with a D. I want to look for him because his concept art was really cool, and i want to know if he is actually planned for release. If anyone can find him, or tell me his name. That would be awesome :D.
