Lol needs a true assassin champ

Most of you reading this probably are saying "zed is a true assassin" but with zed he offers a high damage ranged skill and an aoe spell the champion i'm thinking of is a high single target damage champion that uses combo points which, like those of you that play wow know on a rouge, add up with each ability to deal more damage with his ultimate. this champion would offer teams that are behind a chance to get back into the game because he could focus entirely on the opposing teams carry or their most feed player to eliminate them from a team fight. anyway Ive been thinking about what his skills could be and would really appreciate and comments on wither this is something that you all think is worth pursuing. Feel free to give ideas or comments even criticisms i honestly just want to know if this is something i should spend time trying to create

Why does everyone forget Talon? He's THE Assassin. If you have a focus and go in, you get out with a kill.

Well in terms of adding up things to make his ultimate do more damage you would be thinking of darius who can stack bleed stacks on someone and ult them to do massive damage even though hes not an assasin thats one and then there is kha'zix who even though his ult doesnt do dmg jumps in hits you with his abilities blows you up and jumps away...

Assassins are difficult to balance and concept in LoL. The way the mechanics of the game work and how much Riot wants to emphasize counter-play these days, it would be next to impossible to make a champ that can single out an enemy. If you've ever played against a fed Le'Blanc, you know how frustrating it is to get deleted. Triple Q Rengar is another one. Yes, its what an assassin is meant to do conceptually, but it doesn't work out to be fun for either side. Sadly, I think real assassin champs will never be completely realized in the LoL without some sort of crutch that allows for counter-play.
