about the 5.14 patch the jungle timer

Why riot need to make the jungle timer will display the dragon and baron time ,when the enemy team have no vision on dragon or baron.Also have the notice.I think it is really not fair.Also make the game less interesting. Also, when the team got the baron ,the team also can bait the enemy team before 5.14 patch . The team can have more tactical something like that. It can't now. So riot please! Please remove the jungle timer!
