FYI fan made, and i see why they don't do animated, because season 1,2 and some 3 would need animated splashes :/ and that is only base skins...

best design? This is a poorly designed garbage. Lots of empty, wasted space, clusterf*ck on the sides, barely visible summoner spells and confusing animations
