[Champion Concept] Chizu, the Untainted

I recommend listening to a song theme fitting this.

Lore:
"A new day had arrived, the cherry blossoms on the street built a path of which Chizu walked happily like a crane walks over the calm sea. Chizu was finally a Geisha, something that she had desired since her childhood on, when she saw her mother wearing a wonderful dress.

As the single child of her parents, normally she had to keep the tradition of her father and the family's technique of the 'Saykenkku', the 'Sword that never taints' fighting style. It was a very old technique that was almost forgotten amongst swordsman.
In her early years, she was supposed to lead the School of her father once he passes away, so she learned the technique - though her father decided later, that Chizu has to follow her heart and not to wither like a blossom in the shadow.

Her dream came true, but also her nightmare, as she became a Geisha, she received news about her father and that he died in a duel against a Swordsman using a wind technique. Once she came to the Dojo, she buried him and was never seen as a Geisha again.

Years passed by and while she tried to teach others in the technique of the 'Saykenkku', she failed at practicing for herself. A stranger, almost seemed to be a traveller - but with a sword in his hand - came from nothing and introduced himself "I'm honored to meet you. I heard you are the last teacher of the 'Saykenkku'... My apologizes to the loss of your father, do you allow me to rest for a while next to a tree?".

"Of course" she answered, "I thank you for your condolence. Please feel free to stay as long as you can. We have the Cherry Blossom season, enjoy the beauty of nature". "I will" he said, with a charmant looks to Chizu.

While the traveller sat down and rested, he saw how Chizu was practicing. For a while, he was remembered of his old days when he learned his sword technique with his Brother. He stood up and asked Chizu "Tell me, do you practice the 'Saykenkku' because you must, or do you want?".
Chizu felt bothered by this question, though she immediately answered "I must because I want.. I want.. to revenge my father" with a stubborn face, almost unpleasant to hear herself speaking those words. "Please don't feel threatened, but you do it wrong. Your technique is with no doubt perfect, but you still lack in power and concentration" he said, while Chizu almost went mad, yelling at him "I doubt that my father's father's father's father had in mind to teach a woman the 'Saykenkku'.".
As if he almost knew that she would argument with it, he told Chizu with a glimpse "I see great artistical potential in you, but you throw it away for brute force. I once had to learn the hard way, but if you combine your passion with a blade, you'll cut like the Wind cuts a single cherry blossom".

With his last words, the stranger left Chizu with a open ending to his teachings. Chizu then was reminded what her father once said - that a blade is not only a tool to murder, but rather a form of Art. Like a paintbrush on paper, the sword is elegantly led through the corpse with single strikes - Not the power, but the precision and will directs the paintings in the enemies blood.

The rules she once learned in her childhood came alive in her mind, as if the greatest mystery in her live was unlocked. She remembered every word her father said - what has been told over the generations of every Saykenkku Master.

'Your actions are never selfish; You seek for the unspeakable truth on the battlefield; Your technique means Art, thus define them as honorable'

As a Geisha who learned a forgotten and almost lost Art, she now seeks to revenge her father and clean the name of her family for all time."

"My father once said "Your Sword is like a Paintbrush" - I will paint my own world!" - Chizu

Introduction:

  • Chizu follows her passion as a Geisha, but neither forces herself to stay back from her family tradition of the sword technique 'Saykenkku'.

  • Chizu, even as a Geisha, is extremely cunning and can deceive your eyes with her beauty.

  • The 'Saykenkku' is a very mysterious and almost forgotten technique. It's origin isn't from this world, but rather is similiar to the Battojutsu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUH3IgZAO5M) which is mainly concentrating on hurting the opponent by drawing the blade rather than to use the blade already drawn.

  • While the Saykenkku may have similiarities to the Battojutsu, it is still a very own technique in Runeterra. The blade will almost never be drawn out of the scabbard and power originates from the precision, not the strength.

  • I know it's strange that I made a Geisha, especially with a Odachi (A Odachi is a extremely long Katana. One of the biggest Odachi was 377cm long, and only the blade length!), but I've read what Riot once said - that there are niches open that might have similiarities with already existing Champions, but still can offer unique personality, appearance and skills, to have more variety than similiarity.

  • Chizu is a cross-class between Initiator, OffTank and AD Caster. She is meant to deal damage against her opponents, and more damage against those who focus her. Theoretically, she can be perfectly used in Jungle due to her passives giving her bonus armorpen and bonus lifesteal against attackers.

Appearance:
Chizu is a very kind and honorable person when it comes to peacefully interactions, but in a fight, she can be merciless. Like a cherry blossom in the wind, her enemies will feel the virtue of the painting sword. She doesn't show much skin, exceptions are in her optional skins.

Classic Chizu - Wonderful dress, beautiful purple hair, a deceiving face.
Bloodmoon Chizu - Similiar to Blood Moon Akali. Blood red Cherry Blossoms, a fierce look and the wish to paint the Moon with blood.
Principal Chizu - The counterpart to Headmistress Fiora. Chizu in stockings, with glasses and a serious face - as if you are about to get punishment for your bad grade.
Dragonslayer Chizu - Unlike Dragon Slayer Jarvan IV, Chizu looks like a Dragonslayer Princess! Beautiful dress!
Assassin Chizu - What if Chizu never started to be a Geisha, but instead a Assassinator?
Youmuu Chizu - What if Youmuu Ghostblade wasn't made within the Institute of War as a relic, but was or rather is the sword from Chizu's Ancestors?
Hanabi Chizu - What if Chizu didn't lost her father so early? She would've been on festivals like the Hanabi (Fireworks), wearing a Yukata instead of a Kimono.
Sensei Chizu - Chizu with white hair, almost looking old - but teaching the Saykenkku as a Sensei.
Saint Chizu - Inspired by Kanzaki Kaori from the Anime "To Aru Majutsu no Index".

Stats:
Damage 54 (+4.2 per level)
Attackspeed 0.711 (3%)
Health 465 (+75 per level)
Movement Speed 325
Armor 32 (+1.8 per level)
Magic Resist 29 (+1.6 per level)
Health Regen 7 (+0.6 per level)
Attack Range 175

Abilities:

Chizu's resource is Health.

  • Passive - "Saykenkku":
Whenever Chizu gets hit by a basic attack, her next basic attack or basic ability within the next 2.5 seconds will taint her Blade by drawing it completely out of the scabbard and has a bonus +10/+20/+30/+40 (1/6/12/18 level) Armor Penetration.
Once a enemy target has been attacked with the Saykenkku, his armor cannot be penetrated again in the next 6/5/4/3 seconds.

  • Q (Skillshot & Attackspeed Bonus) - "Blazing Momentum":
Chizu immediately cuts on her arm, blood pours down into the scabbard and reduces friction heavily. Chizu swings her blade in a half-oval of 550 range in front of her. Enemies hit on the edge receive 45/55/65/75/85 (+20% Bonus AD)(+5% of Bonus HP) physical damage and they get slowed in addition for 45% for 2.5 seconds. If the enemy is within and not the edge, they will be damaged too, but Chizu will receive +25%/+32%/+39%/+46%/+53% Attackspeed Bonus for 3.5 seconds instead of the slow.
Animation: Chizu's left arm bleeds and the blood pours into the scabbard. She then draws quickly her blade within an instant and puts it back into the scabbard. Enemies on the edge of the half-oval-strike will be regularly damaged and slowed, while enemies within the oval strike will give Chizu an attackspeed bonus.
    Indicator
Health Cost: 5% of current Health
    Cooldown: 17.5/15.5/13/11.5/9

  • W (Passive & Counter-Dash) - "Relentless Retaliation":
Passive: Chizu gains for each basic attack or ability made against her, +3%/+5%/+7%/+9%/+11% Lifesteal for 1.5 seconds.
Upon activation: The next basic attack or basic ability that hits Chizu within the next 3.5 seconds, will allow Chizu to recast within the next 4 seconds.
Recast: Chizu slightly (or greatly if passive is active) draws her blade within .3 seconds, she storms forward in a 550 range (+50 for each consecutive enemy Champion hit by) and deals 55/85/105/125/145 (+50% total AD) physical damage to every enemy unit hit.
Animation: Upon activation, she holds her scabbard tight on her body. If recast, she immediately shows the back to her destination while slightly (or greatly, depending on if her passive is active) draws the blade out (not fully). She then dashes forwards, cutting every enemy unit hit by with diagonal cuts. The damage is not dealt immediately upon contact - the damage will be applied when Chizu appeared in the designated location. At the end of the animation, she puts the blade back in the scabbard.
    Indicator
Health Cost: 4% of current Health
    Cooldown: 22/19/17/14/11.5

  • E (Lock-On skill) - "Blunt Cut Technique":
Chizu stabs (or punctures when passive active) with her scabbard from a 350 range into the enemy. The enemy will get physical damaged by 40/50/60/80/100 (+30% total AD +1/2/3/4% of missing health from Chizu) and will get a Curse for 2.5 seconds.
If Chizu goes away from the enemy target or the target runs away from the point of puncturing, then the Curse will trigger. The target enemys body explodes, he will get magical damaged by 80/90/110/130/150 (+100% AP plus 4% missing health from target enemy) and enemy units in the near the target are damaged by 20% that was dealt to the enemy target with scabbard damage and trigger damage.
Animation: Chizu uses the full length of her Odachi, stabbing into the enemy wether with the scabbard or with the blade itself. The enemy is cursed with a trail of blood. When he walks too far away within the duration of the Curse, his inner organs will explode and deal damage to surroundings.
Health Cost: 5% of Max Health
    Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8

  • ***R (AoE & Mark) - "Memorial Season": ***
Chizu's memories of her childhood becomes reality. A storm of cherry blossoms appear around Chizu in a 500 range circle for 6 seconds. Every enemy Champion gets marked by a Cherry Blossom each 1.5 second for the duration of the Storm. Each mark can be consumed by a basic attack or basic ability by Chizu.
Each Mark deals bonus 3%/5%/8% of the target's max health as magic damage and heals Chizu for about 5%/8%/11% of her missing health.
Animation: Chizu channels within a brief delay of .3 seconds. Then a wonderful storm of cherry blossoms appear out of nothing. The Cherry blossoms mark each enemy target. When hit, the Cherry Blossoms from the target will disappear and leave a trail of Cherry Blossoms that are cut in half on the ground.
    Indicator
    Health Cost: None
    Cooldown: 70/60/50

Animations:
Chizu almost never draws her blade, only if her passive is active.
Other than that, she uses her scabbard or the hilt to deal damage, or sometimes draws the sword a little bit and cuts the enemy with the blade that is revealed. (Like in her "Relentless Retaliation" ability)
Chizu walks charmantly and her moves are elegantly.

Chizu holds the Odachi in her left hand, the middle of the scabbard.
On first attack, Chizu stabs the scabbard with the hilt to the target with only her left hand.
On second attack, Chizu now uses both her right and left hands, holding the scabbard and the hilt, and then swings clockwise in a half-circle.
On third attack, Chizu slowly opens with her right hand on the hilt the blade, and then thrusts the sword back in while cutting the enemy with the move.

On critical strike, Chizu immediately holds the Odachi like it is drawn, but it's still in the scabbard. And then strikes from above downwards to the enemy.

So I've put myself on the case to tweak or change a ability. While Q was similiar to a combination of Garen's Q and Hecarim's E, I still liked the idea of giving her bonus movement speed due to her W that is being used to go through enemy groups, but then can be outplayed by outnumbering.

But, two peoples cared to click on "Maybe with tweakments" without no comment. So I changed her Q.

Now is an skillshot that deals damage on the edge of the animation and slows, while within it damages and gives bonus attackspeed.

I've added three pictures of indicators for Q, W and R. They show the form how it would look like ingame.

Woah, the enegy and passion that went into this concept is crazy!

You might want to remove all the unnecessary bits and put them into the comments section so it's not so overwhelming.

Also, want to point out we have waaay to many swordsmen/women in lol.
