Champion Idea
Credit goes to myself and "Poppy Mechanics" for the creation of this champion.
So this is an idea for a new champion. Constructive feedback would be helpful. And of course the numbers can be changed.
This champion is referred to as the champion. The target is referred to as just that.
Mind reaver type champion. However that would look or whatever name that would imply. I don't come up with names.
Resource-Mana
Ranged-Small ~500 units
Low movement speed ~325
Passive option 1 (stacking): Damaging an enemy with a spell grants +1.5/2/2.5/3 (at levels 1/6/11/16) movement speed per stack, for a maximum of 10 stacks. This lasts 2 seconds.
Option 2 (flat): Damaging an enemy with an ability grants 15 movement speed for 3 seconds.
Q: Creates a field that reduces enemy magic resist by 5/10/15/20/25% and ability power by 5/10/15/20/25%. Crossing the threshold of the field deals 50/75/100/125/150 (+75% AP) Magic damage. This damage is amplified by the fields magic resistance reduction only if the enemy is walking into the field. Not out. This field lasts for 10 seconds.
W: Targeted ability. Deals 10/14/18/22/26 (+75% AP) magic damage to the target every second the target stays in range for a maximum of 10 seconds. If a targeted champion stays in range for the maximum amount of time or dies, he heals for 40/80/120/160/200 (+50% AD).
E: A single target skill shot.
First cast: Originates from the champion and moves towards the target location a set distance. Deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+40% AD) Magic damage and pushes the target a short distance
1 second after hitting a target, it can be cast a second time within 3 seconds
Second cast: Originates a set distance away from the champion and moves towards the champion. Deals the same damage as the first cast, and pulls the target a short distance instead.
R: Single target skill shot. Can only hit champions. The champion blinks to the farthest distance away from the target within range of all of his spells. The target is then suppressed for two seconds. While the target is suppressed, the champion is rooted, but can still auto-attack and cast spells. Any passive stacks gained during the root do not expend until after the root is finished. During his ultimate, the champion and the target gain sight of one another, and all other champions lose map vision of the two. Neither person can ping or use chat during these two seconds.
R Passive: After 10 seconds of being out of enemy vision, gains buff that allows his next spell to deal 25/50/75 (+15% AP) Magic damage. This buff cannot be expended on neutral monsters.
