[Idea] ARRR - A new pirate crew arrives at the Fields of Justice?

The Neverworld··6 votes·3,631 views

So I've got an idea since quite some time and I thought what if we could get a whole pirate crew to the Fields of Justice? Probably five as only five (or six with Hexakill) can play in only one team. Something similiar like One Piece, a crew full of crazy people and strong people, each different from their techniques but still are pirates.

I once created a Samurai series about five people who know each other, one of them was Yasuo. Then Takumi, Chizu, Mitsume and lastly the "bad guy" Kenshin.

However.. if you think this idea of a pirate crew might be interesting or good, I'll try to create four other pirates as I already created one pirate (Well one pirate twin champion) Kate'n'Kane

Rough ideas for upcoming pirate Champions:

Please feel free to discuss or talk about.

EDIT: I want to thank everyone who took his time to read and vote - Thanks for encouraging me to do this!

EDIT2: The "Afterparty" with all of the Pirate Champions and a little summary has been posted at Valoran meets the pirate crew - Dark Millenia VS Fields of Justice

Love it! Can the sea creature come with a feathery, bacony skin on release?

cawws

(grats on Post of the Weekend btw :))

Kyleman1431 votes

maybe instead of the typical parrot it can be a baconhawk! :D

I'll try to find a equal chicken skin, perhaps one where he's marked as "KFC" or for jokes "RIOT GAMES" to signalize that he's your chicken to eat, perhaps yourself? :P

I thank you so much!

The Neverworld1 votes

In Case you didn't know, your cawing chicken is revealed :P

I'm all for more pirates.

Also, what's your secret to getting post of the day. I can't get one and here you are on like...three. Damn son, you good.

The Neverworld2 votes

This is the second time - I don't know why. I guess... I dunno, seriously. I think you got post of the day too one or two times

ModCaptainMårvelous1 votes

Nopearino friendachino. Never once since potd has been a thing.

The Neverworld1 votes

Really? Strange.. you're the one with the most accurate speech, and I could've sworn that some of your post were chosen. POTD was always there since months, but like one time in a week - now it's being used like every day. However, it's not POTD its POTW :P Weekend, not day xD

ModCaptainMårvelous1 votes

Indeed. Hopefully I eventually post something worth potd tho'.

The Neverworld1 votes

Perhaps you should think differently. If you post your threads, you get definitely attention and people who can follow you easily - Now when I want to get some feedback, I need to either post short threads or hire some guy to translate from my native language to english in order to get people attracted and interested to read. Now here's potd... helping me to compensate my lack of english, because you don't really need that help.

ModCaptainMårvelous1 votes

Really now. Somewhere in NA or South American or just transitioning a post from EU to NA or whatever?

The Neverworld1 votes

I live in europe. I've been posting there Champion Concepts in the old forum. I've got almost no feedback at all, and even if... they were all toxic. It pissed me off, so I continued to post at NA and it was much better.

Then the new forum came.. you know the rest.

Its all skill random.

The Neverworld2 votes

Seriously? I've got only two posts to be potd and now people are attacking me?

Jealousy is a big ugly monster.

RiotRiot Baconhawk5 votes

It's definitely not random.

I'm way late to this party, but this is freaking AWESOME SAUCE. The artwork is totally breathtaking.

The Neverworld1 votes

Oh Riot Girl, there's a After-Party specially for you :P

This right here is definitely an amazing idea and very worthy of post of the day i would love to see the idea grow and evolve and make it into the game great work keep it up! :D

I love this idea especially the gunblade champion.

I would shell out really large dollars for a harpoon champion. Like, not a lot of money, just the really big dollars.

The Neverworld1 votes

I'll wait until monday and if not more people show interest I'll dismiss the idea.

It's interesting how a red post can change anything, huh?

The Neverworld1 votes

Yeah.. I think I am finally beloved? xD

The Neverworld1 votes

I've put some images to show what appearance I seek if I had to make a pirate crew.

How to I start a thread on the community? I have been publishing articles on yahoo about LoL that I want to share!

A mermaid from the front of a boat that came to life with some form of magic would be super cool!

Dicerson1 votes

But we already have one!

We have the captain, GP!

The living mermaid that used to be the mast! (or was captured/befriended), NamI!

The guy that dives deep for sea treasure, Nautilus

Granted MF is pirate-like, but she hunts them!

And that is 3, not 5! So you'd only need 2 champions!

The Neverworld1 votes

I respect that you want to help by that, but you must somehow think that we also have like 4 Ninjas. (Zed, Shen, Kennen, Akali) And we still can get more and more ninjas, there is no limit - same as for the pirates.

Lorewise Gangplank and Miss Fortune want to unite Bilgewater so that Bilgewater becomes a land, a country, a nation equal to the rest of the other nations in Valoran - My pirate crew will be total pirates who are ruthless and don't want a united nation, but to live like they always do - Like a Pirate: Loot, Burn, Kill, Drink

UltraDamageYR1 votes

Make a new 5v5 map RIOT PLEASE!

thesi1 votes

Thought we already had a pirate crew...

Fiddle me Timbers

Bilgewater Katarina

Bilgerat Rumble

Pirate Ryze

Bilgewater Swain

Buccaneer Tristana

And we can't forget Gangplank

Yfrappefort1 votes

Don't forget MissFortune !

thesi1 votes

But she is a pirate hunter, not a pirate.

The Neverworld2 votes

It was about pirates bound by lore and in the world of Valoran - Skins do show the Champion with different costumes or from a parallel life where - like for example Katarina - was in a parallel world a pirate rather than a mercenary from Noxus.

well... all i saw was yasuo fizz pantheon and riven
